I bought 2 'half alder' wine racks to complete my kitchen.
Unfortunately these racks CAN ONLY BE USED TO STORE THE MOST NARROW OF BOTTLES.
I tend to drink Pinot Noir and these will not fit in the racks.
When I complained I was told that I was meant to know that Pinot is sold in 'burgundy bottles' and the website site said "not for burgundy and champagne bottles "
That said, the customer service was very good - emails were promptly replied to and a UK phone number also.
I have now returned the racks with a full refund that included shipping.

Cavecool 28 perfect place
I ordered two Cavecool 28 and they fit perfectly on top of our fridge and cooler. Delivery was a bit late since I wanted left and right opening on the front. They fit perfectly on our kitchen.

As soon as you emailed us, we responded the next day and immediately checked the shipment status. At that point, the parcel had already been released from customs, and we advised that any remaining delay was unfortunately outside of our control due to the Christmas peak period and courier/customs workload.
We also followed up with GLS, who confirmed an updated delivery estimate of 1–2 business days, and we provided your tracking link right away so you could monitor the delivery progress directly.
For transparency, your order was placed on Saturday 13/12. As we do not process orders during weekends, it was handled on Monday 15/12 and dispatched on Tuesday 16/12. Our stated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days, so for Christmas gifts we always recommend ordering earlier to avoid last-minute delays during peak season.
If you ever feel you’re not getting help quickly enough, please do call us directly - we are always happy to assist as fast as possible.
