Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a replacement driver's mirror as my car was not drivable without. The mirror took weeks longer than estimated to arrive. I was unable to drive my car for all this time so managed to get the same item off ebay for 1/3 of the cost. I was assured by the website chat for WingMirrorMan that I could cancel and would receive a full refund. Now, on finally managing to speak to a real person, I was told that I can't cancel and there is no possibility of refund or return.

Only place I could find one delivery date passed called yes be two more weeks that passed same again. Had enough cancelled order it's on its way we can't send it back and well refund you ye right that's over a year ago now and I'm 150 out of pocket. DON'T USE these scammers.

Waited three weeks after supposedly four to five days when received the products supposedly mirrors absolute rubbish fifty odd pounds down the swaney would stay clear of this company

No Refund After 28 Business Days – Unacceptable Service

I ordered a mirror indicator and received a faulty item. I requested a replacement, only to be told after weeks that the company did not have it in stock. I then requested a refund, which they claimed was issued on 29 October 2025 with a stated processing time of 28 business days.

Today is 2 December 2025, and I still have not received my refund.

I have contacted the company multiple times, but they have taken no action, provided no updates, and shown no accountability for their failure to refund my money. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Customers should not have to chase a company for money they have already paid, especially after receiving a faulty product. I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Don't bother. Complete waste of time - wish I had read reviews before contacting them. Used their online form as requested to fill in details of requirements, contacts etc. Waited a day for confirmation and having received nothing called them. Was advised they had no record of my form being received - so please send again. I specifically asked for an email confirming receipt which I did not get but 2 days later received an e mail to tell me it would require some research to enable them to help me. This I could understand as my car is a Japanese import which I had explained both on the 'phone and on the form. I waited 10 days before contacting them to check on progress and wass advised they would call me back which they did - only to tell me that they do not deal with imported cars and further this had been explained on the phone which was most certainly not the case otherwise I would not have resent the form and there was nothing on the email i did receive to suggest this nor on their website. No help was provided at all; by contrast it has been a couple of weeks wasted. I should also point out that their form is really poor and does not allow selection of multiple items which doubles the work and makes you go round in circles. Also, strangely, their phone listing shows as "Headlamps Direct". Very inefficient and unhelpful.

This company is a complete joke!! Back in early August I ordered a wing mirror for a motorhome. I heard nothing from them. A week later I phoned and was told that the mirror was no in stock. Further investigations on the required mirror, enabled me to make another order for a wing mirror with a more appropriate specification.
I immediately filled in the cancellation form for the first order. The new order arrived swiftly but I then had 3 further attempts at cancelling the first order. Finally it showed as "cancelled" then 4 days later I got an email to say that the cancelled item had been shipped. As soon as this was received I returned it. The return was received on 15/9/2025. After numerous phone calls I still have not received a refund. I was given an email address to make a complaint, but have NEVER had a reply to that.
I have now gone to my credit card company to get my money back.
As others have mentioned Joshua Speed, I too have been on the sharp end of his tongue.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a mirror from them that was showing in stock. It should have been delivered within a week. Shortly after ordering, it’s now showing awaiting stock. I talked to the online chat, no help. I sent emails, never got replies. I rang and spoke to them, very rude and aggressive on the phone. Once again no help. So I cancelled the order and should have had confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours. Once again no response from them and no refund. After 4 weeks ( I gave them every opportunity to refund me ) I contacted my bank to begin the charge back process. Luckily I had photos of online chat, cancellation screens and emails which I forwarded to the bank. Finally after 7 weeks from the initial order the bank got my refund for me. Steer clear of Wing Mirror Man. They are dishonest, ignorant, aggressive on the telephone and don’t hold the stock shown on their website.

Foolishly didn't check.....
Total scam ripoff, with numerous lies of package sent, including Royal Mail tracking..... Nothing ever arrived. But unbelievably.....when I rang Royal Mail the Tracking Number was not in my name nor down to be delivered to my address....?????
So how does that work?!!!!!!
Fraud? Also my payment went to Joshua Speed.... not a business???
After numerous chat bot queries and phone calls to their Bury address...
I can no longer get through....

So.....normally use PayPal. Not accepted by these crooks so used Credit Card fortunately. Contacted my Bank, now In Dispute, I just hope I get my money back.
I have never experienced such, rude, patronising and aggressive uncaring scam, ripoff behaviour. I will be reporting Joshua Speed to Trading Standards.

It is a pity to have to award a one star rating. Whilst the website infers that you will be dealing with an honest upfront business, nothing could be further from the truth. Avoid at all costs.
Fortunately a refund was obtained via Barclaycard.

Ordered and paid for a mirror in July in good faith. Then told no stock. I was guided through the refund process in August, promised refund by November. Hey guess what, still no refund.... . Avoid this scamming company....

What conmen. Ordered a part that they advised I needed. Took it to my local garage to fit (having to wait for an appointment), told that the part wasn’t suitable. Tried to return but rude, passive, aggressive employee was standing firm, claiming I was at fault and that the part was correct.
Wish I had looked on here before wasting my money on such rubbish products and worse still customer service.

Returned my order and never received my refund, so don't use these if you need to return your order. 0/10 for customer service. Mel Thubron

I would have given them zero stars but that option is not available.
Ordered from their website which said they had stock. Rang them to confirm which they did. Dell date passed so checked the website where still said they had stock. Rang them to confirm but couldn't give a delivery date.
Following day received an email which stated they had to order from their overseas supplier. Rang them and asked shipping date and how long in transit. Could say shipping date and told that transit was 3 - 4weeks.
Cancelled the order, which I got an instant email confirmation. Asked when I could expect full refund and told "good luck with that and hung up"
Paid by credit card so claimed back through the bank.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

What went wrong? The Speeds are crooks and liars, when review sites block them you need to know no more.

Avoid dealing with this business. Placed order in May, cancelled after two weeks as it was not shipped as quickly as promised. It’s been 5 months and I have not received the refund even after number of attempts to contact them. They do not respond to emails, last chat they said it was with accounting. Very bad experience.

Ordered a mirror for wife’s car - I got the wrong one, which was my fault. Returned the part in original box as per instructions. They received the part, issued a reimbursement order, I never received the money, they said case completed. They do not respond to messages. I conclude they are either incompetent or dishonest. From other reviewers having the same problem, which is it?

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, particularly Joshua who is rude and doesn’t belong in your company. From other reviews I have read, I’m not the only customer who feels this way.

I made an order in February then due to misleading information from the company I cancelled it.
Guess what I haven’t received my refund till now.
I keep calling they say you will be refunded next couple of days

Faulty wing mirror supplied: the electric motor jams the mirror closed and won't open. The motor mechanism seems to stick inside the casing with noise, and requires excessive force to release, causing the mirror to then swing out of position the other way. After struggling to adjust to the correct position, it's now permanently stuck in position. I spent nearly £300 on the wing mirror, spray paint of wing mirror cover & door fitting. Their customer service wasnt interested, rude and unhelpful, demanding the return of the (magically unfitted) wing mirror before attempting replacement—by their own account, the new one might be faulty too. This company is a rip-off, with Support immediately quoting UK consumer laws instead of attempting to solve problems. Avoid them at all cost!

Ordered a porsche cayenne wing mirror glass for a customer and paid extra delivery. Then i called to ask they said after bank holiday Monday in August so Tuesday i would receive. Come Tuesday nothing then they said oh its not in stock we are waiting on shipment should be with you on the same week on Friday. Still nothing. Call them up again and they said theres shipment problems will arrive following week, you guessed it right nothing again. Now they are taking over 2 weeks now to process my refund. This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with.
