Lifetime License - Resolved

Edit: I had initial problems contacting support due their replies being sent to my SPAM folder. Thanks to Trustpilot they were able to contact me successfully

I have now resolved the licensing issue with the help of their support department. Who replied to my initial query on the same day I submitted it.

And have gone out of their way to ensure the issue was resolved,

I was desperate because all the sudden…

I was desperate because all the sudden my CD ripping programe brought error notice. It worked properly in the months before.
I reloaded the programme, checked the DVDs - still error.
I wrote a short request for help and received the answer in 24 hours with the simple solution (I had clicked a aim folder for the result, I had no acces to). Even I could understand this. That saved my day. Thanks a lot from Germany.

Excellent customer service

Having recently changed my computer and reinstalled MacX DVD Ripper Pro the license code did not work. Within a few minutes of emailing customer support I had a reply explaining I should have cancelled the registration from the old computer - but they had done it for me so I could now register my new computer. Six years after buying the lifetime licence, I'm amazed at their excellent response.

Software disconnects from phone, refusing refund despite "30 day money back guarantee"

UPDATE: Filed a chargeback with AMEX. DearMob told me in an email they would refund me if I deleted this review. I provided copies of those emails to AMEX. The company is now responding asking me to explain the issues all over again, yet I have done that a few times, and told them numerous times I wanted a refund. BEWARE.

Purchased this software and had constant issues. It would randomly disconnect from my 1TB iphone almost constantly. It didn't matter if I was syncing music, photos, or doing a backup. I tried several USBC / Lightning cables. The software was extremely slow. They had a "30 day money back guarantee" but refused to refund my money saying the software is "try before you buy". Well that's all well and good, except for how locked down the trial of the software is. You don't get to see all the bugs and issues until you have the full version that lets you sync more than just a few items. They are refusing my refund despite the "30 day money back guarantee" logo on the purchase page. They just want to troubleshoot the issue. I already deleted the program and they want me to send log files. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this company.

I send an email asking for support…

I send an email asking for support reinstalling the program after my laptop melt down. It was very helpful getting a response within a few hours in which I was told my account had been reset and I subsequently got it operational. A friendly, helpful and prompt experience thanks

Still satisfied and grateful after 10 years!

I have been using Digiarty Software (entire suite) for over 10 years and have been impressed and satisfied. I recently had to upgrade to a new computer and was unable to reinstall my software. How grateful I am for the customer service department that was such a great help and was able to help with the installation of my licensed software on my new desktop. Bravo! Thank you! I can highly recommend this company as well as their outstanding software. A must for anyone who works extensively with multimedia projects.
