The blades arrived 10 working days from order, but im very happy with them and the service

This company should not be allowed to trade. Their website said the Blades I ordered would be despatched from RUGBY in the UK 24 to 48 hrs.

I finally got them in 10 days from FRANCE!!!! To add insult to injury they sent totally the wrong profile blade for my Ford S Max which would not fit

I've sent 2 emails to them but had no reply. I wish I had read all the 1 Star Reviews before I ordered

I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as I do not believe they are a legitimate UK company

I ordered my blades more than a month ago but received nothing so far. I sent several messages requesting info using their messaging system with absolute no responses. They have no phone number nor email address. This company is a real fraud. I've been scammed.

Place order on 6th July, sent a number of emails, no reply and no wiper blades, will now have to notify my bank to refund my money somehow, please avoid!

This company is a total joke I have placed an order on the 6th June and I have not received it yet and I have not even received a response too any emails I have sent!!!

I have used this website before in 2021 and it went smoothly.
I made another order this month and I needed to return some blades that were the incorrect size.
The website says returns in 60 days but there is no real procedure to enact a return.
No return option on their website or on the receipt.
Customer support does not return any emails so if you have a problem with your order you are stuck with it.
Shipping also says Royal Mail 24hrs but you are looking at the best part of a week before you receive your parts as they ship from outside the UK.

took my order and haven't fullfilled it - have sent multiple message and no reply. No phone number to ring. Order placed on 16 Feb 25, nothing received at time of writing 31 Mar 25.

As it stands they are thieves. I have seen similar reviews so clearly not an isolated incident with me. Avoid.

Ordered refil wipers Dec. Took the money, then silence for nearly 2 months. Meanwhile I wrote multiple messages that went unanswered. Then out of the blue they send a "dispatched" message. Cowboys, and I suspect, a dodgy firm on multiple levels. Still no product has arrived, not that I need it anymore....I went elsewhere in the meantime.

Order place 26th December. Order confirmation received but nothing since. No response to communications.

Ordered from.this company in 2022 and all was OK. Put in another order before Christmas and ..... nothing. Just the initial email to say order placed. 3 weeks later, and after 3 direct messages asking for an update...nothing, no response, no confirmation, no order status update. I remain unsighted on whether they can fulfill the order, anytime soon, or TBH, ever.

Update - February 20th out of the blue they send an email saying "shipped" despite multiple messages to them from me to cancel the order. Fraudsters!

Ordered refill blade rubbers, told it was in the hands of deliverer a few days later but 2 weeks later not received. Asked if it should take this long - no reply received. Asked 2 weeks later what was happening - no reply. One month later asked for my refund - no reply again. I DO NOT TRUST this company. No response to any of my queries and my money taken when I ordered. 3 months now passed no refund or any reply.

Wiper blades are not genuine Bosch, what a waste of time.

Terrible company, you pay for UK 2 day delivery and it comes from some warehouse in Spain which takes weeks. They don't respond to any emails, clearly not a UK company as promised - Mark and avoid to save yourself money and grief. So angry that I fell for a scam like this

I have just come from ordering wiper blades after my windscreen replacement and wanted to thank Ollie for all his help.

From not knowing anything about wiper blades I quickly became aware of the usability and functionality of the site, and in no time the owner of a new set of wipers specifically made for my car. And to boot a video to watch showing how to the fit.

Great job guys, will definitely use you again and will recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

Came a few days after ordering, folded in a bag. Easy enough to fit. Blades creaked from the start, a sign that the material they are made of it is too stiff. Bought in Jan 23. Noise steadily got worse, and ability to clear water deteriorated. On investigation, the blade has split so the blade itself is detaching. The blade is now useless AND illegal.

This is a real shame. OK, I only spent £20, but why sell something not fit for purpose when it is much better only to replace the blade than waste resources buying the metal housing as well? Disappointing as this would be a really great green initiative. I feel like sourcing proper quality material and going into business in competition!

I needed some wiper refills for my wife`s Nissan Qashqai. The original blades were made by Mitsubi and the only place I could see that supplied them were this company. The ad stated that they were "compatible" so not genuine but I ordered some anyway. I only read the dreadful reviews on here afterwards, otherwise I probably wouldn`t have bothered. I was expecting the worst but was pleased to receive the refills after less than a week of ordering. They were a perfect fit and appear decent quality too. So credit where it is due and personally, I would not hesitate to buy from here again.

Don’t waste your money on these. Mine last 5 months at most before both front wipers spilt the full length of blade.
By time you’ve waited for them to be delivered (come from France) it’s not worth any savings. Bosch ones ain’t much more expensive and last 2 years in my experience

Dire. No delivery after 3 weeks and no response from the concact (sic) us page. Avoid.

They should be shut down they are scammers No1 pretending they are uk based.No2 stating 2 to 3 days delivery. No3 sendng out wrong or faulty blades. N4 ignoring customer requests.N5 no means of contacting them other than e-mail.which in my case they have totally ignored.

No indication on the website that this company is not based in UK, but they have a .co.uk address and it states London as a location. However cannot find any UK phone number and my emails have remained unanswered. Turns out they are a Spanish Company. Ordered replacement Mitsuba wiper blades for my Honda. Web page states Royal Mail delivery 3-5 days. Finally they arrived today (12 days) from France! Fortunately for me they are the correct ones for my car and I have fitted them, although not yet tested. It appears from reviews that many customers get the wrong ones.
Had they been honest up front and stated on the web page that delivery is from Europe, I would still have bought with the knowledge that delivery will longer, and this would have been a 4 star review. Come on management, get a grip. Look at all the poor reviews that could have been avoided.

Terrible communications.

Further update 16/10: The company have contacted me and apologised for slow delivery due to localised problems. It appears they were a UK Company who relocated. Seem pleasant people. Will use again. Have changed rating to 4 star as they still need a UK phone number.
