Did not send back original packaging (OVP), even though they asked for it on their website. Contacted their support, but they say it is my fault, because its additional stuff.. I just want the original packaging back because it adds value to the product

Everything worked out perfectly. I sold a new smartwatch (still fully packaged) to them, they reviewed it within 2 hours after receiving it and confirmed the initially quoted price. I received it today via PayPal. Thanks!

Do not trust this company.
I send them a newly packaged phone and they later insisted it was already used and wanted to pay me less money.
When I got the phone back from them, the headphones where missing from the packaging and they didnt want to send them back and where really rude on the phone.
One of the worst customer service experiences i ever had.

Received the amount I was initially quoted. Service quick, and they inform you at each stage by email. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely horrible company. You will never receive the price stated on the website regardless of how accurate your cosmetic assessment condition is. I sent in my laptop which had, had the outer casing and display replaced only days earlier and had no visible scratches at all on the bottom case, only to receive an assessment that it was in a poor used condition and that I would receive almost 200€ less than quoted. I phoned customer service for an explanation and they just kept repeating the generic assessment provided, and were unable to give me furher information. When I requested to speak with a manager or an assessor they were rude and said that they have no managers and either I take the offer or decline it. I declined the offer and received the laptop back with two deep scratches to the display casing that were previously not there. When I tried to contact customer service again regarding this I only received rude responses and an unwillingness to help. Again apparently the advisor had no manager. I tried to send an email requesting to know how this happened and what they intended to do to rectify the situation and received no replies. NEVER EVER send your products to this company unless you know they are worth nothing and in an awful condition because you definitely won't be getting them back the way you sent them in! I work in customer service and this was by far the most appalling experience I have ever had.

I experienced like many others that my accessories disappeared from Wirkaufens.de when they return your equipment.

They offer you a high price online and reduce it when you send in your equipment AND if you decline they return your equipment without the accessories - In my case I lost my brand new Apple Earpods and you can't get an answer from "Customer service".

I'm told now here in Trustpilot that its written somewhere in the ABG but since I'm not the only one loosing the accessories the process is unclear. (Still no answer directly from their "Customer Service")

So... I can only recommend to avoid any business with this Company!

Everything is fast and clear.

I have been selling to Wirkaufens some of my electronic devices and it all ran smooth, easy, any kind of problem and after days the payment was there in my bank account. I love it!
