Service That Speaks Volumes
Your service AND your earlier than expected delivery made for a terrific first-time experience. The multiple-unit order of this product was very important; I depend on this product due to a certain health condition. I am no longer able to drive an automobile and the store within walking distance is unreliable as to having this product on hand, sometimes for weeks at a time. So, THANK YOU “WISERMERCHANT”!!! I ordered an item from this company on…
I ordered an item from this company on October 22. When I received the item it was not the item that I ordered from their website. I immediately contacted Wisermerchant by email about the issue. They apologized for the error and said that they would send a prepaid shipping label for me to return the wrong item shipped. Today is November 8 and I still haven't received the label so that I'm able to return the item and receive a full refund. I don't recommend buying from this company.

They sent me the wrong items. I can't get anyone to talk to me about returning it. I have called,emailed and still no reply. This been going on for 3 weeks now. Sorry company very unprofessional.

Happy with my purchase
Product was as pictured, packaged well and at a good price. Arrival was longer than expected but likely due to relatively low shipping cost and destination not on the mainland. I would order from them again.

Thar I received the same product again which was a good thing but. one of the bottles was totally empty and that ruined the whole box again. Luckily I have enough from the first shipment to compensate.
