Sham Company

I ordered a product on August 31. As of today Sept. 16 I have yet to receive my order. I have made 3 phone calls and 2 emails...with no response.
For the obvious reasons, I would wonder if the company is a sham!!!!!!!

Your product was tainted and I became…

Your product was tainted and I became sick and ill after eating some of the pine brothers cough drops. I only opened one package, but your customer service refuses to refund me returning the other 19 packages. I will not be using your services anymore and I would suggest the same for anybody that asked me.

Reported Them To PayPal

I finally had to report this to my PayPal. Fortunately, they refunded my money !!!! I was tired of not getting any communication from this company. I don't know what their problem is.

Unfortunately, did not read reviews.... I too was scammed bc they sent a product I didn't order, shampoo, with entirely different ingredients. I sent them an email a few days ago, no reply. 🤨
