RANCID SMELLING SOAP
I ordered 6 bars of Olive Oil soap and they were rancid smelling and discolored ... when I asked to return them they said NO ... purchased as advertised ... It is beyond me that they could put them in the box to ship them ,they smelled so bad

They will steal your money
They sent me the wrong cough medicine. They offered to pay 1/2 of my cost. I told them that I have no use for the medicine and to send a shipping label for a return. After a few more emails to them, they never answered any of them and therefore decided to keep and steal my money. In my opinion, This company has the worst type of people working for them, taking advantage of people who are sick by stealing their needed money for health reasons. Shame on anyone using them.

I ordered a certain type of hair conditioner that was unavailable or much more expensive elsewhere. After almost ten days of no updates, I questioned how the order was progressing. I was told the package was "lost in transit" and I would get a refund in 2-3 business days. No refund, no package, and why didn't they just send a new package? Still monitoring daily.

This was an awful experience. I placed an order for the women's 2 part acne care. It is tablets and a face cream. I received the face cream in a box that was tattered and the tablets were not included. I contacted the company and they told me,"To send in a pic of what I received." I did that and heard nothing back from them. I sent the cream back and they continuously respond by asking for the tracking number. It was only a $14.00 purchase, but it's the principle that they did not stand behind their company. I will never use this company again and their customer service is just awful. I gave one star as I had to give it otherwise they would not get a star from me. I will also rate them with the better business Bureau. I ordered this last fall but do not know the correct date and they still have not made it right as of Feb.03,2025.

Great service for a super product.
For some reason , Gaviscon has been difficult to find at CVS or Rite Aid other than the cherry flavor (ugh).
I was able to purchase the original tablets at a reasonable price here and it was delivered promptly.
