Bait and Switch! Avoid this company!
Wisetack led me to believe that I qualified for 0% financing for my A/C purchase, but when I tried to pay 1/2 the invoice with the amount "approved" there was no way to do this. When I called, they told me that this was just my "initial" approval. I call BS! I would never have unfrozen my credit or let them look at it if I had known they would do this or that it was even possible.
In reply to Wisetack’s response, I have to double down on my criticism. I applied for the original amount of the invoice but Wisetack only approved me for 50%. Invoice arrives - I have am required to accept an almost 10% interest rate to finance my purchase for the full amount. I had a credit score of > 800 - in no world would that deny me credit for the full amount. Bait and switch - make me open up and impact my credit, only approve me for 50% and then subject me to a predatory loan for the full amount! Totally NOT ethical. Fortunately, I’m in a position to say FU! I feel sorry for and am warning those who are not as fortunate.

Based on our review, the amount you prequalified for was less than the amount submitted in the formal loan app. Because financing offers are based on the requested loan amount and other application details, the available options for the higher loan amount differed from those shown during prequalification.
We know that's not the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your feedback on how the process was communicated and how we can improve our user experience to ensure expectations are better met.

I do appreciate the willingness to work with you. Say like getting hurt or life's unknown joys. However when they give you an extension but set a date that autopsy. But you explicitly say not to (so one thinks its not setup). So you pay the bill and the next month as a sign of good faith..... HOWEVER it was setup for autopsy and they take said money that you already paid *awesome*. As for reimbursement they'll move on turtle time...
So you simply say use that payment for the followings month bill... (pause) ...well absolutely no well just use if for you total bill.
So if youre lucky enough for this just know youre sol. And agent will just talk over you the whole time. Just avoid this at all cost.

Wisetack made it possible to have a 0% loan. The only thing I would prefer is to have a bill mailed to me and I could pay from my bank account every month like I do my other bills. It is a good option for me to pay off a renovation

You should say upfront that you may request photos of IDs and Tax forms. I will not send photos of my social security card or my w2. You have my SS number, and can run a credit check. You don't need a photo of it. I have an 840 credit score. You shouldn't be asking.

Great Financial Company …
Using Wisetack for my financial needs to remodel my Kitchen was very easy the process was seamless. Once I submitted my application online, I received an approval within minutes. The approval was good for 3 months and I had the option to select the terms of repayment. I really like that I could repay my loan off early without penalties. The customer services is great the agent was helpful, polite, friendly and professional when addressing my questions or concerns. In the future if I am looking to finance my next big home project I would use Wisetack. I highly recommend this service for someone who is looking for a financial company for home improvement.
