Love this site at the moment. Having regular wins. The site isn't laggy either and doesn't kick you out of games. I like it.

Do yourself a favour and save the time…

Do yourself a favour and save the time and hassle. If you win, they'll won't release the winnings and if you're lucky enough you might see your deposit back. They ask for all sorts of documents but always come up with excuses when you provide them.
Bank statement not accepted ?! Who's heard of that before ?! Picture with ID next to your face and a date written on a piece of paper - taking the Mickey. Anyway, provided that and the day after their customer services said is not valid ?! Argued with them and they came back saying the date is one day older ?! But they looked into it the day after ?! What on earth am I suppose to do, provide a live picture ?!

Don’t open an account!

Unbelievable ID checks. Bad customer service. Blocked my account after withdrawal request then delayed payment until I threatened legal action.

I can honestly say I've never come across such poor customer service than I have with this casino. Deposited £50 and accepted the their welcome offer. Played through the offer per the terms and conditions, went to withdraw and they blocked my account. They have since made completely unreasonable demands for ID documents, which I have now sent 3 times.

Please avoid this casino and do not get drawn into their attractive welcome offer. They're nothing but a bunch of cowboys which withhold customers funds in order to earn interest on them. In addition to this I have a number of concerns about the level of documentation they request people provide to unlock their accounts.

I would rather lose the £50 than provide this rogue organisation with anymore ID documents.

Stay away from this awful excuse for a company!
As with many others I have had nothing but trouble with my account being locked without notice after 2-3 days (losing 200 free spins of the bonus) and was emailed advising me to "login" (how can I when it's locked DOH!) and provide verification docs. I jumped through the hoops for a couple of weeks with nothing but rejections of my docs that had been accepted by all other casino's. Eventually made some threats on live chat and my £50 deposit appeared back in my bank. Account is still locked which is fine by me as I do not intend to ever go near this awful site again!!!

In my opinion they do this to inflate the company value and as someone else already stated keep your cash to collect interest for themselves, proper nasty scam.

Absolute cowboys

Absolute cowboys. Don't try and withdraw any winnings from these guys, they'll make you jump through fire and more, asking for impossible documents while locking your account so you can't even get on to upload them. They ignore emails for weeks, and if you dare to threaten to report them to the Gambling Commission you might be lucky enough to have your deposit returned, minus your winnings, and your account permanently closed. Avoid like the plague.

Don't trust them - they will try and take your money

I haven't made many Trustpilot reviews but felt strongly enough this time to make the effot.

I signed up for them a few weeks ago and haven't had a good experience. I had a little more time on my hands than normal since I've been stuck at home. Saw a casino I hadn't heard of before and thought I would give it a try as there was a good sign up offer. I deposited my money and started playing, making use of the spins they gave me as part of my offer. Unfortunately after a couple of days they blocked my account and demanded an awful lot of identity documents - I have been asked before for documents to verify identity but nothing even close to what they were asking. The most shocking thing is that they told me to upload them to my account but I was blocked so I was unable to do so! I have never been treated like this by a company before - they have succeeded in putting me right off ever signing up to a company like them again. At least I won't be wasting my money on gambling during lockdown!

Don't waste your time ...

Signed up to this casino after hearing about their sign up offer, but my account was blocked before I could finish the offer. They then began asking me for loads of different ID documents, some of which are pretty impossible to comply with (paper bank statements, selfies that 'can't be mirrored' whatever that means!)) and going backwards and forwards refusing to reopen my account. In the end, I requested they close my account and refund my deposit, which they agreed to do only after I threatened to shop them to the gambling commission, but they have still refused to refund my deposit in full, deducting the £11 I lost on sign up even though I was unable to complete the sign up offer. So, despite claiming they can't verify my identity, they are still happy to withhold my money and let me gamble. Complete shambles. Just don't waste your time with these tin pot casinos.

Please report these criminals to the U.K. gambling commission IMMEDIATELY!!

I have never ever in my life had such a terrible experience with an online bookmaker/casino. The sheer audacity of their staff, the complete and utter disorganisation of their core operation, the inability to get all their staff singing off the same hymn sheet and basically giving all their team the go ahead to talk to customers like a piece of rubbish, making customers wait DAYS ON END with no response to then only tell them that the verification documents they had sent were not valid for whatever made up reason they decide to throw at you at the time, continuously moving the goalposts making getting your hands on your money/winnings near impossible how the heck do they actually get away with this? Just filed my complaint with the U.K. gambling commission as they are breaking every rule in the book and need to be dealt with. So angry I am literally shaking right now writing this!!!!!!

WOW I AM STUNNED AT HOW THESE PEOPLE TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS

This company really is something else and it appears I’m not alone in these opinions, they should never have been allowed to operate in the UK it makes me completely doubt the industry as a whole when things like this happen. Everyone has already said what I wanted to express in this review so all I can really say is the same as everyone else....AVOID THIS CASINO THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT FROM A BUNCH OF CROOKS

Absolutely disgusting a company is allowed to set up and operate like this in the UK I’m fuming after being spoken to by Granita, one of their live chat assistants who told me “she had already explained to me 874366 times that my selfie ID photo wasn’t in date” which it was!!! I think it tells you everything you need to know when a company allows little jobsworths like this to work for them it’s a disgrace! Wishmaker should be taken down immediately because what they’re doing sets a dangerous precedent for other casinos to do the same thing. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THESE CON ARTISTS
