They will make it very difficult to get your money back and if you win anything they’ll make it even harder. Terrible site.

Do not deposit any money with them as you won't get it back.

Casinos are supposed to, by law, do their verification checks before you deposit, these crooks ask for verification after they have taken your money. So far I have sent different 8 documents for verification at their request. I have asked for my monery back and asked them to close my account. I'm just met by a wall of silence. If you go onto Live Chat they just tell you 'these things take time'. It's been 2 weeks now. Most online casinos verify docs in a matter of hours not weeks.

I have reported them to both IBAS and the Gambling Commission.

Just echoing the other BAD reviews I’ve read in here this company is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE I can’t believe companies like this are allowed to operate in the U.K. they should have their license revoked and be ordered to pay out to all their customers IMMEDIATELY

Dishonest...should have their license taken off them. Breaking UK Gambling Commission laws by blocking people's accounts and refusing to refund deposit money. Asking for KYC documents when people try to withdraw, instead of at the point of deposit, asking for all kinds of extra information e.g. selfies with a hand written piece of paper and a date, complete nonsense.

They lock your account as SOON as you deposit your money and do EVERYTHING in their power to not return your funds by asking for ridiculous verification documents.

Live chat operators should NOT be working in customer service they are the rudest representatives of a company I’ve ever spoken to!

Would not recommend you use these. They wait until you request a withdrawal to then send you the KYC email and request all sorts of ID, which goes against Betting and Gaming Council (BGC) rules.

The KYC email istructs you to login to your Wishmaker acount and send your ID documents via the secure link. However, when they send you the KYC email, they also lock your account so you can't log in. The only thing you can do (as instructed by Live Chat) is to send them the ID documents via insecure email!!!

You send your ID and they get back to you days later saying that the ID is not legible and then ask you to send your ID again, or they add to the list of what ID they want you to send to them. I'm nearly 2 weeks into trying to get my withdrawal processed with them. I have used around a dozen other on-line casinos and had no problems at withdrawal time and any ID I have needed to send any other casinos has been perfectly acceptable to them, but the same ID seems to be an issue just with Wishmaker!!!

Avoid this casino at all costs they locked my account AFTER depositing which is both in breach of their own terms and conditions and also UK gambling commission legislation but they don’t seem to care. They then put you through the most ridiculous verification process that is pretty much impossible to complete (provide bank statement showing the deposit when bank statements are only updated monthly, a utility bill from WITHIN 30 DAYS not the standard 3 months so again very hard to meet, selfie holding ID with date and time written on a piece of paper and 3 days later they’ll tell you the date was wrong so they even resort to outright LYING) Their live chat operators are rude, condescending and they make the rules up as they go along so DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE ABSOLUTE CROOKS

1 Star is too kind of a rating for these con-artists. Like a few of the other reviews, they have blocked my account and kept my £50 and my £20 winnings, pending verification. I have now sent in documents 5 TIMES, each time they confirm what I have sent in is correct, each time they tell me after a few days that it's incorrect. If you're thinking of signing up, don't. If you make any money, your account will be blocked, and will be asked to follow ridiculous verification process' that they make up as they go.

The worst online casino I have ever experienced. I joined and deposited £50 and the following day they LOCKED my ACCOUNT pending verification. I sent docs by email and via chat. 11 days later my account is still locked and they say this is normal period for verification. I told them to close my account and refund my £50 and they say I will not get my money returned until the account is verified. NO online casino should treat you this way AVOID. I am going to try with the bank to see if I can get my money charged back.

Stay away - they locked my account and are holding my £50, I’ve made a withdrawal request, they asked for a crazy KYC, held ID with time stamp and selfie of me. 7 days later , no reply and my money are still held.

Shocking company to use.

All is great until you try to withdraw funds. They have you running in circles to supply KYC docs....and then more.....and then more.

What they are asking for is well beyond their compliance requirements, and leaves a bad smell in what using an online casino should be.

They clearly will do everything in their power not to pay out.

In my opinion, this organisation should be shut down.

I have an ongoing case with them, so I will come back and amend this review once/if it gets resolved

When I deposit on a casino site, the attitude I use is... Right, im going to throw some money away, but, I will have fun for doing it. I only throw away, what I won’t miss, and enjoy the fun for a bit after. If I were to win, then BONUS! I love to lose fairly, and After joining a site yesterday ( mentioned in a separate review, yet to come) I spent 30.00 pounds in 19 min and 26 seconds..... Fun over! No more pretty pictures and music. So I closed it!! Straightaway! I joined a site that I was SOOO impressed with, and that kept me entertained for hours and hours.. WISHMAKER.COM. AND, I could have banked it! But it was so much fun, had all my favourite games, let me get free spin feature s without a full on marathon, and even had a really neat site with loads going on!!! That I was happy to SLOWLY give it back! It was like a visit to a fairground without motion sickness, and a Goldfish. Would recommend WISHMAKER.COM I’m no sore loser, I had FUN...
