I had a 2018 kia optima
I had a 2018 kia optima, back in Sept of 2025, I dropped the car off to my son in law at work (not even a half of mile from our house) so he would have a ride home from work at 2 in the morning. With me having 2 vehicles it wasn't a problem. My daughter calls me and I thought she was joking, we joke all the time, and says "Mom, u came an got the car right?" I laughed an said no she didn't laugh back and I replied "you're joking right?" She wasn't. The next morning I go to his job an get the footage of the 2 guys walking the parking lot 30 min before he got off trying to go into vehicles in the parking lot. Just do happens my car was unlocked. I still have both my keys to the car so how they drove off in it is still puzzling but anyways I made a police report and called hugo. I made the claim an no one got back with me until 3 days later and when the woman did she tells me hugo doesn't cover theft in GA. I've never heard of any insurance company that doesn't cover grand theft Auto. I was so blowed! To this day, the police have yet to find my car and it's basically a total loss. If you live in GA I don't recommend this company.

I literally pulled over on the side of…
I literally pulled over on the side of the road and got my phone out and signed up for there insurance on my Ford Explorer. I pay weekly and it's easier for me that way and the down payment was very affordable. They sent my info to Texas in Austin proving I was insured on the spot! So I was legal when I drove back into the road . I signed up and paid, and received my insurance card by email all within about 10 minutes using my smart phone. Easy to use, and I had liability legal insurance in minutes!

hugo had the best rates over all
hugo had the best rates over all the insurance company's I looked at. I literally saved about $350 than I would have paid with all the big brand insurance companies. I also like the fact that they give you an option to pay weekly. I've highly recommended Hugo to my friends and family
