Arrived on time well packed and love the tops will recommend them to friends

More then a week ago I purchased a dress via dvf Europe with express delivery. However the dress did not come, nor with express delivery nor later on. My mail to helpdesk was not answered. So I had to call and it was not easy to get through. A kind lady at the customer service offered her help and refunded for 20e express delivery and promised to find out what happens with my order. It took again quite some time to get the answer. In the mean time I wanted to cancel this order and called this lady a few times. She apologizes all the time bit there is still no dress and no any confirmation of cancellation. Also no reaction on my mails. Customer service is hardly available, it should be open during 9 to 5 EST but it is not the case. In the end this kind lady ( Mikaela) from the customer problem solved the problem. Thanks to her I might buy again bij the webshop of DvF.

Order arrived much sooner than expected - delivered within 48 hours on a Bank Holiday weekend. Product is good quality and exactly what I needed.

Reasonable prices and good quality. Orders are usually delivered very quickly and with little fuss.

Got half of the order still waiting for other half which is common, they have nice cloths but at high prices so only order every now & then, I always order two sizes as they sometimes are to big or two small.

I like to buy from Witt because their styles fit me well. I also prefer 3/4 sleeves, and there is always a large choice. I have a delivery pass which when I want something urgently there is next day delivery.

The item I ordered was a good fit. The delivery was very slow and I wasn't kept up to date with the progress.

Dress looks great on line, but looks very cheap when it was delivered, so many creases also and won’t iron out. So I can’t send it back now. Very disappointed….

Jumper smaller than I expected and had no pockets. In the picture it looked as though there were pockets

Only one of two items received: bought to match, no reason or time given for delay. Terrible way to do business. Some items in new catalog not in stock. Why put them in ?

I love Witt International as I find it easy to order clothing etc and it’s so easy to return. Not only that you can order from some other online retailers from your Witt account which I like.

I enjoy the online shopping but for my pocket they are a little to expensive for the quality! However…… I have ordered stuff for special occasions and have always been pleased with the garments. Returns are easy.
On this occasion I bought trousers which I am pleased with, but similar can be bought elsewhere for less. I just needed the right colour, otherwise I would never spend that much on a pair of trousers.

Have worn the dress a couple of times the blouse was a tad small so have requested a larger size. Awaiting larger size.

The on/line sales is easy to use always find what I wish to buy. Delivery is quick and returns are easy.

Everything always goes smoothly and there are a great selection of clothes.

A tad more expensive than other outlets, but like the quality of purchase, plus rapid response to my order.
