Manglende svar vedr. klage over ridsede fodpaneler...
Jeg har lige skrevet til iRobots engelske afdeling da jeg i over et år ikke har hørt fra den danske distributør (eller hvad witt.dk nu er).
I stedet for at skrive det hele een gang til på dansk kommer det her på engelsk (gebrokkent)...

We bought our Roomba two years ago. At first it was all good and it was really doing a good job.
I told everybody what a great machine this was and several of my collegues and friends went out to buy a Roomba.
But, after a while, I looked at the skirting boards around the house... There where scrathes every where. When using our normal vacuum cleaner, nothing gets scrathed. So, I contacted the Danish department of iRobot (witt.dk) to get some help with what to do and why this could happen.
It is about a year or so since I contacted witt.dk and no answer so far. And, I haven't used our Roomba since then.
So, the time I saved with having Roomba clean the floors will have to be spend on painting the skirting boards.

Har nu haft en mailkorrespondance med Poul Erik fra Witt. De havde åbenbart ikke modtaget den første mail og vi har nu løst tingene sammen på en god og ordentlig måde.
Derfor får Witt.dk 3 ekstra stjerner.
