Terrible service. Recieved a complete crap hoodie. Ordered a size 2xl for my hsband and recieved something small on my 13 year old daughter. They told me is wasnt worth returning because id pay full shipping prices. Complete scam company. It makes it look like it comes from Wal-Mart but never would this happen through them.

Order 345059 cheaply made, size is not accurate asked to return for refund no shipping label, shipping fee is non refundable, waste of money not worth what I paid will call my bank dispute charge poor customer service

Hi I want to let you know about my experience with wmmart.my son ordered 2pairs of jeans, they didn't fit I asked for a refund, they said did you look at the chart size, I said yes.they said they don't return items.they offered me , first 5 percent back and then 10 percent back, I said no because I only would of had£8 and it cost me more.so I sent the goods back which I thought was there address but it wasn't there based in china.so I have lost now money and items.but the funny thing is I could reorder and pay another£85 but if the size is wrong again I will lose my money again.i needed to speak out about them .if I knowed before I would not of bought anything from them.so be wary of what sites u go on.

I got my item which was good it took about one week, but the fabric if the Tokyo black and white hoodie size 2XL wasn't what I expected the sized was fine because I wanted my hoodie over sized keep on mind my sized us an M. The fabric was really thin and bad it's better than wish but still pretty bad, I was a bit disappointed the hoodie has no pockets and the hood is really wide and cheaply made it was very over priced it was about £17 to £18. I got a pair of thigh highs to go with it, it's not bad but the white part of it is a bit see through.

The reason for the five stars is as follows:
I ordered and paid for an item of clothing and then checked trustpilot to find that reviews were not at all good for wmmart. So I emailed wmmart while my order was still in process and stated that I wished to cancel my order due to the poor trustpilot ratings that they received. They politely cancelled my order and refunded me. 😊

I wish I would've read everyone's reviews before I ordered what was suppose to be a "men's Medium" sweatshirt, which wound up being the size of a ten year old Child! I sent an email asking for a refund or a larger size, and the response was "well did you check the chart before you ordered?". I was going to give them a chance to correct the issue, but with that response i already know they are full of games and i don't want to be played with! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The worst clothing company I have ever come across.

I honestly would not give this company 1 star. The shirt we received was nothing like pictured. The quality was terrible. Asked for a refund and they refused. Only offering me 2% of the purchase price back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!

I purchased a MENS XL Hoodie and when it arrived it was like a child's size XL Hoodie not a full grown mans size - sizes are way off even though it shows a size chart. I reported it to the company and they do not offer to exchange for larger size as most reputable businesses do. Instead they play the game - 1st email 5% / 2nd email 10% / 3rd email 15% discount - asking you to keep the item??? Terrible Business!!! Order 2 to 3 sizes up and be aware of the negotiation offers to keep the item.

FAKE GOODS, had to fight and try to get my money back.
It’s a complete scam, they’re willing to refund me, it only if I payed the shipping cost from the Uk to China.
Bearing in mind it was originally shipped to me within the uk.
To ship it back would cost around £16, and who knows if they would admit to receive it let alone refund me.

Absolutely appauling company. Sizing not correct from their chart, extremely poor quality and no refund policy. Will be writing to Watchdog, Facebook and Instagram to warn others that they should not be used. Looking at all the negative comments, other people probably have already. Shocking not to have a refund policy or Terms and Conditions. Should not be trading, please do not use!!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! Wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought from them.
Bought a hoodie for my son for Christmas which when he tried on yesterday (Christmas day) it was too small. Emailed today to find out how to exchange for the next size - even offered to pay for postage but THEY REFUSED! Claimed as I had chosen the size and they'd sent me the size I requested it was my fault and wouldn't swap! They claim on their website the customer is priority- well what a load of crap!

It took a month for the merchandise to arrive. I ordered a Cowboys Hoodie, finally got it and it looks nothing like the picture,made of cheap polyester material,very poor quality. Donot waste your money.

0 stars Absolute scam. Will not give me a full refund even though the product is too small, as thin as a net curtain and obviously a awful fake.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! They are crooks. I was told two weeks ago I would have my order for Christmas. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and my order has not even shipped. They don't have a phone number because they don't speak English and they don't have any answers for their poor customer service. They tell you what you want to hear when you place your order, take your money and leave you hanging.

Disgusting company. Do not buy from them. The hoodie is advertised as cotton. It is cheap and nasty nylon fabric. They have no intention of giving full refund or collecting item. The postage would cost more than the refund they are offering. It is going to end up in the bin as I would not give this as a gift to anyone. Total waste of my hard earned money.
I’d never heard of Trustpilot. Now I know I’ll check before I buy.

wow. truly, shockingly awful.

i bought a fox racing hoodie from them online & they'd used genuine fox images to advertise the item. what they sent me was horrendous - a complete knock-off, awful scratchy material that you would never wear, and so thin that it's ACTUALLY SEE-THROUGH when held up to the light.

i tried returning it but they keep just offering me a discount to keep it (starting at 5%) & finally agreed they'd refund it, less the original shipping cost, if i sent it back to them with tracked delivery meaning i'd end up with a negligible amount after my postage costs. rather than waste my time speaking to them any longer, i’ve told them to keep my money as i don’t really care about that small amount & i'm going to divert that energy into sharing the joy of my experience with the world 😃

Ran by scammers. Awful customer service. Please save your money and refrain from ordering ANYTHING from these people.
