Ordered a jumper for a Christmas present over 3 weeks ago! Was told 2-3 weeks Shipping when I emailed and wandered where my parcel was as it was a gift ! They then sent a link to track my parcel with a tracking number which doesn’t work!!! Emailed again since and no response, no refund, no jumper! It obviously won’t be here before Christmas now and I’m £25 out of pocket and now have to go find a suitable last minute gift for my sister!! Unhappy customer!

I dont know yet but I ordered a Jumper From Here Yesterday and dont know what will Happen

Not to mention the quality is really poor and the size L seems to be size S, but after requesting for a refund first they said they don't do it, and then I quoted the website where they clearly offer refund , I was proposed 10percent... unbelievable in this age and with the whole world going online now. Still in fightsfor my refund now. I would just say- do not buy from them!!!

They changed a photo of an item that I've already ordered ,send it to me had nothing to do with the picture it was garbage, I ve requested refund and of course I could send it back and they said to me that I cannot have full refund they would remove the shipping price for it that I PAID for...Another shirt in the order I have ordered L for males shirt, it was saying large and it was small fitting to me instead of my boyfriend.

I purchased a horse hoodie which cost me £30
I asked for a 3xl and it came but was definatly not a 3xl more like an Xl
I contacted them regarding my disappointment and they said they would give me 15% of my money back take it or leave it
Certainly a massive attitude and definately no customer service

I have also had trouble with this company. I ordered what I thought was a Friends Hoodie for my niece. The said item arrived after two months. First the material is very thin and was so small it would not fit a 10yr.old. On the front where it should say Central it has Centril printed on it I have been in dispute with them no one wants a top with the wrong spelling on it.They will not take the item back they offered 15% off. I said that is not good enough . They know that the postage charges being so expensive it is unlikely you will send it back.After emails back and forward they sent an address to send it back to but stating that there would be shipping costs taken off for sending the money back. I have binned the hoodie and want no more to do with this company. I found this company on Google search and will be reporting them to Google for selling goods that fake. I also had to give 1 star when I would rather not give any.

ZERO STARS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once the goods are apparently shipped they wont give you a refund even if the goods never arrive. Tracking number doesn't work. Ordered on 19th October and still not here on 3rd December. Check the other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks this company is very poor.

I wouldn't give it any stars if it was possible. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE. I thought the prices were too good to be true and I was right. I ordered 3 fox hoodies I used the size guide when they arrived they were absolutely tiny, not the same as size guide, so I tried to send them back.... That's the difficulty. You have to email them for a return address and then they tell you its your fault you ordered the wrong size you should have used the size I guide, which I had, and that they would only give me 5% refund.
Disgusting customer service. Disgusting company wants shutting down.

I emailed requesting my order to be cancelled as it wouldn't be here in time, they responded quickly even on a Sunday and refund the money. Very helpful and polite. Can't fault them

I would give a zero but Unfortunately I can’t. This company is a complete scam!! They steal your money, speak extremely disrespectful to you and either never ship your item as in my case or ship garbage like in other peoples situation. It’s absolutely appalling how this company has remained in operation!

All ok, I received my tshirt in a short amount of time. It looks exactly like in the pictures, and overall I'm satisfied. Will order again.

I ordered a t shirt in early august, contacted them after one month, was told probably on its way ,6 weeks contacted again, told being processed, 8 weeks same thing, so started asking there web chat sight, all of a sudden my money was refunded? no explanation? was going to contact google to bring it to there attention, now if they have many peoples money sitting in there bank are they using it as a money making scam ???.

Ordered a jumper online, came in good condition however size was very small. They denied a suggestion of an exchange/refund, even though the returns policy listed on the website indicated otherwise.

Took months to arrive (understandable in today’s climate), but customer service response was also quite delayed and needed further contact for an initial response.

Summary: item was as described, but wrong size. Would not buy from them again due to the difficult in communications and support from their customer service team.

Hello. A zero rating for this company, absolutely appalling the way they have treated me. I bought two items from Wmmart. When I receive them the colours were wrong the fit was wrong. At my own expense I sent these items back, I have a receipt from the post office and a tracking number, I took photos and sent them they still deny they ever receive them, took a claim up with PayPal in August, sent them all the evidence of photographs of the receipts tracking numbers and address to where they were sent. I have all the messages to wmmart. And PayPal. They said that was not enough evidence and they've just cancelled my claim,so I do not have the items and I do not have my refund, I have lost the amount of. £35.00.
I am so upset.

don’t order from this store it’s crap . this was a few months ago but when i ordered it, it took 3 and a half months to finally get to me, the stitching on one of the hoodies i ordered was falling apart. they have really bad customer service as well. i emailed the “support team” and i sent them a photo and they said we can refund u 5% i never emailed them back. don’t recommend buying from their store.

If I could give this Company a big FAT ZERO stars I would.
Stay away worst customer service disgusting clothes and VERY VERY slow shipping.
Believe all the Negative review because if not you will be very disappointed.

garments are not true to there size or colour, ridiculous arm length.
Took almost 2 months to arrive very disappointed, cost me more to send back sent email no reply on a refund .
I would not recommend Wmmart and will advice anyone shoping online not to shop with Wmmart
