Wrong item was sent, nothing done to fix it
Wrong item was sent - I ordered a $152 necklace and received a $72 one. I contacted Wolf and Badger about rectifying the matter. I received an email they would forward it to the necessary department, and I never heard back.

I really like the design ,fabric and quality of the Annabel dresses. Often after purchase and delivery,I see that the designs ,though delightful ,don't always suit me.Hence I return them.Nevertheless I persevere hoping to chose the right one.Wolf and Badger make purchasing on line straightforward,have a timeous delivery service and importantly,given my 'habit' of returning the 'rejected' dresses, have a sympathetic and straightforward Return and Refund procedure.
