Item not received; poor service

I ordered two items. One of which I ordered the wrong size, which I tried to cancel/ change immediately. The chat system was not useful at all in helping me fix the issue so I had to message customer service. It took W&B 3 days to reply. By the time they got back to me, the order had already been processed by the vendor.

Further, I have not received the second item in the order. I emailed customer service 5 days ago, and still have no reply.

I ordered two different sizes of the…

I ordered two different sizes of the same dress. The delivered oackwagw contained only one dress and a packing slip/receipt charged for two dresses. I've contacted the company on numerous occasions and have yet to receive confirmation of my request and a resolution.

You did so well and I love my jacket…

You did so well and I love my jacket which fits perfectly and I love the way it’s flared a little and the furry cosy collar.
Easy to order and it whizzed its way to me in a lovely scarlet bag (having let me know precisely when it would arrive). Hooray for Wolf & Badger!

Nearly right is not good enough

I took a long time to make a decision to purchase as the prices are quite high. So my choice was very well considered. When it arrives its a different size and fabric from that which I ordered. It's the sort of thing that people let ride because it's nearly right and they are too busy to deal with returning it. I feel like they were just trying to get rid of stock they couldn't shift. It makes me think twice about ordering online at all and perhaps we should all be revisiting the high street to avoid such disappointments.
