Lovely unique products on their website. I bought gorgeous earrings but found the OG company had a discount code. I cancelled my order with W&B. Jannina Was incredibly gracious and helpful. All sorted within the weekend too. I will be shopping here again

It’s bad - it’s dirty and the ring lost color after I washed my hands with it - even tho it says water proof . Also shipping took for ever.

What you see is what you get - perfect…
In the past I’ve seen gorgeous clothes advertised on other company sites and bought an item only to be let down on receipt as the quality was very poor. The Wolf and Badger adverts are perfect. What you see is what you get. I am very impressed with the quality and the customer service is brilliant. My order came so quickly too.

70% Markup Relative to Direct Brand Ordering, Bait and Switch
The item is beautiful and arrived on time. That being said, after placing my order, I noticed that Wolf and Badger had a 70% markup on the product relative to directly buying from the brand website. This included international shipping and other fees on both orders. Despite saying they would honor a price match on one of their brands' website, Wolf and Bader refused to honor the significantly lower price on the brand's website or provide relief from their 70% markup. They even refused to honor a lower price that was displayed on their own website for the same product on the same day as the higher priced order. Their price match and extreme markup are a Bait and Switch, will not be trusting Wolf and Badger in the future.

We sincerely apologise that we were not able to price-match the item you were looking at on this occasion.
Our pricing may vary from that listed on the designer's website due to several factors.
We build the cost of duties, taxes and a number of other administrative fees which we need to pay when the item crosses customs zones, into the price of your order so there are not any extra fees that will need to be paid later on.
This is often not done on other sites, meaning that the item’s price either increases at checkout or additional fees are required before the item can be delivered to you, making the item more expensive in the long run.
On this occasion, we were not able to price-match the item due to it being an international shipment. We apologise for any disappointment caused by this.

Ease of ordering was great. Dress received was beautiful, but didn’t look as flattering as I hoped…especially for the price.
The reason I gave W and B a 4/5 rating was the difficulty to return via DHL for me.
