For as long as she can remember, Tori Shay has been conjuring up ideas for creating jewellery. After a career in event design, it was whilst raising her young family that she set about planning to realise her dream of designing a unique line of jewellery. This passion for working with fine jewellery and precious stones led to a new-found skill in the art of ear curation in 2015. Having retrained as a goldsmith, alongside her abilities as a professional piercer, has led Tori to create some of the most unique and intricate jewellery available today.

Customer Service Non Existent
Faulty item received. When reported to customer service, I was told to return item (at my own cost) for refund. My postage will apparently be refunded?!! They could not provide me with a pre-paid label as their system was conveniently down at the time! When I asked how long do they anticipate it being down, again, conveniently, they could not answer!!
Doesn’t give me much confidence in this company, probably wouldn’t purchase from them again.

We can only apologies about the item being faulty, Unfortuantely we have been having issues with our returns portal but as we mentioned in our email correspondence we will refund your return postage as soon as we receive the item back.
Beautiful necklaces
I love the necklaces I ordered and received compliments on them from strangers on their first wearing!! I’m really impressed with the quality of the products and the price point is great - I ended up ordering more items straight away and gave a few bits on my wish list. Delivery was prompt and customer services were very helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone. I’m a very happy customer 😊

Necklaces are absolutely beautiful! Only thing I would recommend is less waste on excess packaging, the hearts come in a separate box to the necklace so in total you receive 4 boxes.

I purchased three pairs of earrings and…
I purchased three pairs of earrings and a necklace. Two of the clasps on the earrings were broken so I returned them and was refunded promptly. The third pair of earrings broke after one wear. So cheaply made, would absolutely not recommend.
