Avoid at your overall wellbeing cost !!

It's unfortunate we have to even give a star , I moved to this practice just short of a year ago after the previous one in a new area failed me in a duty of care, turns out this practice is just as bad, they don't listen, they falsify information on medical files, go off other information that isn't factual, they also use old or wrong information to make out you no longer have a medical diagnosis that you have been diagnosed with for several years and having annual checks for this illness on top, they don't listen fully only to what they want to! They even embellish things don't liaise fully or let you know when your blood tests or back you have to investigate, complain and research for your self . They also don't tell you they liaise with your previous GP surgery, make out they are contacting specialist teams , and to me that's a data breach as this is just an ordinary GP surgery and another Dr , who likes to fat shame you by bringing up your BMI not the fact of history of medications that have in hibited factors or otherwise, all focused on the negatives here , if you do complain the practice manager may eventually email and say they aim to respond in 10 working days but you won't hear back. Avoid this surgery at all your physical and mental health costs , as my overall wellbeing is further declining at the cost of this practice and all they care about is pushing paper and adding more lies to your medical file, if you are already a patient document everything, you will need it as one day you will be contacting the GMC too .
