I traded my car in here as a part-exchange in April last year. The dealership explicitly stated they would handle the logbook (V5C) and notify the DVLA. They failed to do so, sold the car on, and left the vehicle registered in my name.As a result, I am now receiving parking fines for a vehicle I haven't owned in over a year. I have tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times via business WhatsApp. They are reading my messages and completely ignoring me. Avoid this dealership if you want proper aftercare and peace of mind.

Worse company ever!! Do not purchase a car from here, purchased one this year had so many problems with it. Finally got rid of the car but no help from these guys whatsoever, rude customer service especially from Sophie? They talk highly about the after care support they provide which is false, they do not care whatsoever. I would avoid this company at all costs, luckily I had evidence of everything, the calls I made, the emails I sent, recordings of our conversations etc so if you ever do purchase a car make sure you keep all receipts and proof.

Amazing service from the sales team and the delivery team. I am 80 miles away from the salesroom and apprehensive of buying without being able to lick the tyres etc. neednt have worried. The video gave me a very good oversight and the salesman (Adam) filled me in with honest details. Reassured I took the plunge and reserved it on the Monday, paid on line on Tuesday and it was delivered to my doorstep on Wednesday. Woodson Cars Ltd and Adam Carney take a bow! When it arrived it was exactly as shown on the tin as they say and Elite car delivery were not only efficient but excellent in every way. What a team!! Thank you.

Bought my car yesterday from the dealership. Will was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, giving after care advice on how best to preserve the battery on the EV I was buying.

I bought a used
Mini from Woodsoncars recently and confirmed the deal with Adam. On collection after a slight misunderstanding they did keep to the deal we agreed on the day, which I was pleased about in the end. I had no problem with the service I received on collection of the car, although I did have to ring and ask for the link to be sent out for the FAQs so I could obtain my AA package and read about the package I purchased with the car. I am pleased with my car which drives beautifully and I love it. Very happy with the price and surprised that the mileage was quite low for the age of the vehicle.

My experience at woodson cars is absolutely incredible with such a friendly atmosphere and staff especially Brad who attended to myself and my husband, he also got me a good insurance deal and I was able to save a lot of money in purchasing my new car .
