Never working with Woot Again

I have had good luck with Woot in the past but this was a terrible experience. I ordered a Lenovo mini desktop and it arrived within 5 days. Shipping was fine and the product looked fine but, when I went to plug it in and power it up, it still had an account associated with Windows with a login and password that was not provided. There is no way I can get into this paper weight they sent me. Customer service (after 4 emails back and forth to get them to finally do SOMETHING about their mistake), finally gave me 3 options. 1. They would ship me a replacement. 2. They offered me a full refund if I shipped the paper weight back. Or 3. The offered me a $30 refund to keep the paper weight and apparently throw it away for them. I chose option 1. and emailed them back. They are now saying they do not have a replacement and they want to send me a refund. I want a computer and they should be sending me the next better computer they have to offer. They have many other Lenovo mini desktops that are similar price points they could send me but they are refusing to do so. I will NEVER order from WOOT again. They have become terrible with customer service now.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience, ordered 3 laptops and got three monitors instead. They respond real slow, with generic emails not listening to you. Can only contacted by email. Did not provide a good solution and frankly they do not give a damn. Total opposite of the amazon experience. Will never buy from them again. Bad Bad Bad and did i say Bad already?

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Amazon after 5 months the battery went dead and won't charge. Amazon said sorry and. I just found out why Woot is owned by Amazon. This product is now a $165.00 doorstop.

Woot is owned by Amazon and useless and…

Woot is owned by Amazon and useless and is an example of support-less online sales.
I cannot create a woot account, only login using my Amazon Prime account credentials which is says are incorrect. I have tried all options, multiple browsers (3), cleared history, cache etc. all to no avail. I cannot access Woot customer service because I cannot login. Amazon support (once you find out how to reach them) is clueless, they have never even heard of Woot.

Good Deals, Slowwww....Service

Great product (open box laptop) but took 2 weeks before they shipped it - and that was after admitting they had plenty in stock.

Then ordered software. I downloaded the software itself and then had to wait another week to get the serial number - by email!

Woot.com is impossible to deal with!

Woot.com is impossible to deal with!! I bought ms office 2021 from them. They ignored me. They never gave me website to download the product, never gave me proper security codes, never gave me any directions on how to download--nothing. Isn't that stupid!! It took days of effort to find an email address for customer support because they buried the info. Now I would rather blow my head off than deal with them ever again!!!!

great problem resolutiom -- Purchased a refurbished MS Surface Pro…

Purchased a refurbished MS Surface Pro that was supposed to come with a keyboard and pen. Arrived a few days before expected and the pen was in the box but no keyboard. I contacted Woot and within 12 hours had a response offering a free return or a $30 credit. I asked for the credit but noted that a replacement keyboard from Amazon would cost me $44 and asked for a $44 credit. Within 4 hours had a response and a $50 credit. I'm very satisfied.

Ordered many times since 2004

Ordered many times since 2004, and never had any issues. Based on some reviews, many can think that it's a scam company - It's not. For many years before Amazon purchased Woot and after, I never had a single issue. The items are as described and arrive on time. Woot doesn't deliver overnight like Amazon, but this is explained many times across the site. I've purchased numerous computers for multiple businesses and homes, always in excellent condition for the price! But of course, for refurbished products at this price, you can't expect the same level of customer service you get at a retail store. Don't be naive!

Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day…

Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day shipping. Expected delivery was 1/5/2024 at noon. It's the end of the 3rd day and nothing has been delivered! Customer support told me the product was showing delivered today. I have been home all day and nothing or no one from Woot has show up. Starting to fell I've been scammed. Good thing I used a Credit Card. Will be able to dispute the payment. I had high hopes that an Amazon Co. was going to be able to deliver for me.....Live and learn, then tell others !

Out $200

When I requested a return label for a $200 reconditioned Sharp robot vacuum that didn't work well, they sent a return label for a $50 reconditioned Sharp stick vacuum I had bought seven months before.

After twenty-seven polite and clear communications over a two month period(not an exaggeration) explaining their error, neither Woot nor Amazon, could grasp the concept. It seems I am out $200. What a royal pain-in-the-patootie. Last time I buy through Woot (not that they'll notice).

False Advertising

I purchased a used device from Woot.com for my father who
needed a new phone. Seeing that it was an advertised as
an Amazon company, I believed it was trustworthy. As can
be seen in the attachments, the phone is labelled as "fully
unlocked". When my father and I were setting it up using a
Mint sim card we tested in other devices including my own
and confirmed it to work yet it would not connect to the
network in the device purchased from Woot. We contacted
Mint who made us aware that the device was not unlocked
and that we would have to contact the prior carrier to
unlock the device. This is not only not possible since I have
no way of getting this information, but I purchased the
device assured from the listing that it was unlocked. This is
not a case of my dissatisfaction with this purchase for any
other reason than that this item was falsely advertised. As this is common (I was unaware of this when purchasing, as
again, I believed they were reputable based on the
association with Amazon). I simply want a refund and will
happily return the device as well as the device was falsely
advertised and is completely unusable not only to me but to
any other purchasers. Communication with this company
has failed via their customer service as well as via their
forums where staff have behaved unprofessionally which
citing Trustpilot again is a clear theme with this company.

I have to say that I had an amazing…experience with Woot and will continue to be a customer of theirs.

I have to say that I had an amazing experience with Woot!. I ordered 3 pack of shorts and listened to suggestions to order a size bigger than needed. Well, they ended up being way too big. I contacted Woot customer service and asked for an exchange to a smaller size. The next day, They emailed me back and offered me a full refund and to keep the shorts and either donate them or use them. The also gave me a $10 off coupon for my inconvenience. I will definitely keep being a customer of Woot!

Bought some men's clothing just 2 weeks back & they of so poor quality that I couldn't believe it. Their website is not letting us to make a return too. khaki pants literally tore up just after a wash & shrunk too much. I wouldn't even give one star for this website.

Would not recommend buying anything…

Would not recommend buying anything from here. I ordered a pair of earbuds that were recertifided. I understand they were bought and sent back. They didn't work for me either, so I sent them back only to have it take 2 weeks to get an email saying refund was processed,but nothing was added back to my bank account. Still waiting for my money I paid for broken earbuds
