These guys are on the ball. They answer questions very quickly and resolved matters really professionally. Can’t recommend enough that anyone with a WordPress installation use this service.

I inadvertently due to an error on my part got myself locked out of WordPress. I had set it up so that after two failures there would be a lockout for two months. I get a lot of hackers from all of the world trying to get in to my site and this works for that. Unfortunately, I became my own victim. I found the tech-support at WordFence to be very prompt very efficient and easily gave me what I needed to do to get back into the system and working. Wordfence quickly responded with a full refund for a product ordered in error (2x). If only all s/w companies were like this...

I had an issue with scanning, and the issue was caused by my LiteSpeed server.

The Wordfence engineer who helped me was quick to reach out to me after I had raised the support ticket, and he helped me to resolve the issue immediately.

This is one of the best products I’ve used. But the service is equal in greatness. If you use Wordpress- do yourself a favor and buy this!

I have used Wordfence for a few years now to secure our Wordpress sites and my sleep has improved significantly since then. It's an excellent and reliable product run by some talented folks, and the one time I needed a little assistance on something their response to the helpdesk ticket was within minutes and resolved my question.

I am a Wordfence premium customer in connection with a blog. I love the regular audits conducted and the way issues, when found, are clearly displayed for action. I recently received notification that a routine scan identified that my website was blacklisted on a spam filter website. This made no sense to me given the nature of my blog so I reached out to Wordfence using their help feature to get information on how to resolve. I immediately received an email confirming receipt of my outreach and creating a ticket. Within one business day I received a response from Phil with Wordfence. He went above and beyond, not only responding to my immediate question but also the questions I didn’t ask. Though the issue resolved in its own (Phil explained why), as a nonprofessional (highly casual) blogger I greatly appreciated the education. It is wonderful to have access to a knowledgeable resource. Wordfence has helped keep my website clean and given me peace of mind. I highly recommend.

I've trusted Wordfence for years and find it easy to use and understand. I never worry about my site because I can see how effective it is on the dashboard. And when I had a question recently, I got the clearest, most direct answer that I've ever received from tech support anywhere.

We have been using the Wordfence plug-in for at least the last 8 years (perhaps longer). Can't say enough good things about it. It has stopped more attacks than I can count. Anytime I put up a new WordPress site, Wordfence is one of the first plug-ins I add before the site goes live. And yes, the premium version is worth it. I would also add that their technical support is equally awesome. I've only had to use it 2x in the past 8 years but in the most recent case, they promptly answered my support ticket and gave me the info I needed about their db structure that allowed us to create a bash script to extract the data we needed to help protect our network. A++++
