Sent a pair of boots back been waiting weeks for a refund was threatened if I took the matter up with my payment provider I would wait even longer they don't reply to messages after the first one or two get completely ignored! I would never deal with them again..Steer well clear of these robbing bastards!

This is the first time ordering from Working Class Heroes. The experience was great overall and the order arrived after two days. I really like the Patagonia parka that I ordered and it was at a fantastic price, almost £100 cheaper than the official Patagonia website. I will definitely order from this store in the future.

Refund Chaos
Similar experience to others regarding refunds. I returned 2 separate orders in Early January, and still waiting on Klarna updates for one nearly 4 weeks on, with Klarna now looking to charge me for items I’ve returned. Overall a really disappointing experience and not good enough for a company like this.
