WCH - real good company actually

So I’ve saw previous reviews regarding refunds / communication etc - bit apprehensive tbh
I returned a jacket on the 14th jan
A young lady called Ellysha kept me informed of my refund through their process .
Full refund plus e mail from WCH on 28th January confirming this .
So can only speak of my experience which was first class tbh - maybe helped by Ellysha who is obv a first class customer service representative
Speak as I find - canny company to deal with .

A customer for many years

I've been buying from Working Class heroes both in person at their store and online when I'm busy. Always a great service and a great range of products. Long may they reign!

Refund Hostage! AVOID

I wish I had checked trustpilot before placing an order with this company.

The delivery went very smooth. I have no complaints about that. However, the item did not fit my daughter, it was large so I returned it for a refund.

I’m still waiting for that refund I was assured that once the item was received it would be processed within 10 days
Today the 10 days are up and I’ve asked for my refund to be processed.
All I get are excuse emails, so I said I would have to go through my credit card company to get my refund back.

I was basically told via email that if I did this my refund would be on hold until the dispute was sorted out with the credit card company so now they are holding my refund hostage!

Despicable practice! This is not how to run a business, I run a small family business and I’m aware of the value of customer Service, absolutely shocking!

Verry bad customer service

I ordered and paid for two tear-off calendars, but only one was delivered. This is already unacceptable, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of customer service.

I have contacted the company twice by email to report the missing item and request a solution, yet I have received absolutely no response. Being ignored as a paying customer is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

At this point, I still have not received the missing calendar nor a refund. This experience has been a waste of time and money, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company unless they are prepared to chase them for a basic response.
