Good Product and buying experience
Good Product and buying experience, let down by the COURIER.
I live in a flat, 3rd floor, but we do have a working lift.
Courier rang my door via intercom and TOLD ME, I have to come down and collect my delivery.
Obviously, I then had to explain to the low paid non-English speaking foreign worker, that when people in England place an order for home delivery, then that is what we expect "home delivery".
After explaining to the savage about the role of a courier, I suggested he find another line of employment if he doesn't like delivering to the door.
Better still....if you don't like it.
