Workshopping Reviews 

I had a really poor experience with amazon so called workshopping before placing my order as it was an expensive item that I didn't want to go missing. The helpful chap on the phone explained their delivery T&Cs and assured me that I would definitely receive my order. I placed the order and in less than 24hrs I received the item. Very, very happy and will definitely be using them again for all our workshop equipment.

I ordered the Sealy crane and it arrived within the week.
It was well packaged and the currier was helpful. I have not yet mounted or used the crane, but for the light work I require it will do the job. It was also the most compedative price.

Straightforward ordering process and prompt delivery.

Placed an Order for a 3-in-1 Sheet Metal Machine 305mm on the Sunday evening phoned to check delivery time on Tuesday and was informed that it should not be a problem to receive it by the weekend, It arrived on the Thursday.
Can't fault the service received and the price was very reasonable plus it also included free delivery,
Will not hesitate to order from them again.

Stay clear, don’t deliver on their promises and are arrogant, only post to try to damage limit negative reviews
Your reason for not honouring originally was:
“ Unfortunately Draper have discontinued all the ratcheting spanners you have ordered.”
I found the same updated items on your site the following day, when I emailed you to this effect, you did not even reply.
You only reply on trust pilot, I have all the emails in my records.

Goods arrived on time. Very satisfied

Order a cover for the car. Received it. It is as good as the description.

I ordered a digital torque wrench however, my online purchase was cancelled after I had paid for the item. No details were provided as to why it was cancelled other than that my purchase failed some checks. Whatever checks they were refering to, I shall never know. Sadly I'm still waiting for my refund. What an inconvenience.

So just because the payment is coming from an African country you flag it as fraudulent and yet proceed to accept the payment. Your system should have rejected the transaction at checkout stage other than putting buyers like me under such tedious and unnessary refund procedures.
