Worldstream has been the kind of server/network vendor that you don't even think to review. In fact, sometimes you might forget they're even there. I rarely have to login. I rarely have to remember that I'm even a customer. It works, it stays online, it's just a quiet winner all around.
NOT RECOMMENDED, Alert Scam
I would like to formally express my serious concerns regarding your company’s policies and recent service experience. First and foremost, I find your KYC requirements excessive and unreasonable. I do not understand why it is mandatory to complete KYC verification before being able to purchase services. I placed an order, and even after more than five hours, there was no progress on the server setup. Upon inquiry, I was informed that although I had completed my personal KYC, my business KYC was still pending, and therefore my order could not be processed. This situation is particularly disappointing because the payment has already been collected, and I have been told that the amount will be refunded only after deducting certain fees. This is highly unprofessional. Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I am not a new customer. I have been associated with worldstream platform for the past 8–10 years and currently maintain multiple servers with this company. Despite this long-standing relationship, I am being subjected to the same stringent requirements without any consideration of my history. I am also uncomfortable providing extensive personal documentation, especially given the current global concerns regarding data privacy and misuse. In the unfortunate event that my information is compromised, it is unclear who would be held accountable.
It is equally concerning that such strict requirements appear to disproportionately affect clients from certain regions, particularly Asia. Instead of placing excessive burden on customers, service providers and data centers should ensure they are properly certified and compliant with global standards to build trust and credibility.
With great disappointment, I must state that I cannot recommend worldstream services based on this experience

Worldstream is actually awesome and helps when Canadian servers are to costly plus gets me a nice connection and reliable system. I would suggest hiring them for Co-location or other things server related. Helpful ticketing system and no ridiculous calls to tech support numbers needed or to wait on hold for a support again from a Canadian ISP to be told its my hardware. Instead they help, and I like that the most.
Worldstream has great support and they respond in a timely matter no matter what the issue is. It is rare to find this kind of dedication to the customer and that has been greatly appreciated throughout the time we had the pleasure of doing business with them
