So far so good, after the initial verification checks for a new user the support was fast and knowledgable for the questions I had, as well as solved a few minor issues I had with the setup as provided without any problem. (lets be clear, its because I needed a different setup, not because they did something wrong)

Now I'm using their dedicated server for my calculation job. I want to share my opinion that if You have any problems with their service, support are happy to help You at any time and fast as they can.
There are no cheap rent servers, but quality and speed is prety good.
Worldstream is always on the edge. Even if there is an issue on the service neither financial part and they always clear the situation out the best possible for the customer.
What an incredibly great business approach. Definitely the only place I would work for the rest of my life.

They are extremely solution-oriented! I am very satisfied with the service I received. They do their job right. Normally the delivery time of custum servers is within 24 hours. Last time I needed the server very urgently. I opened a ticket and stated that it was very important for me. And they delivered the server within 10 minutes! I am thinking of moving all my servers to worldstream.
For dedicated servers, they have plenty of affordable servers that you can configure as you wish. I received fast and very strong support for the problem I was experiencing. I definitely recommend it.
Good Price, Fast response to any issues, if you need a quick update of the server or replace hardware parts because you are not satisfied with performance, they do it asap and for free.

They were patient to me. They always were professional. They was easy to get in touch when I screwed up my server. I have now terminated the contract because I do not longer need it, I actually feel sad to leave them. Server uptime at termination: 604 days. The server have never been down because of somebody else but me (I think I remember maybe they once killed the power supply to their network equipment during an upgrade for a few years ago by a human mistake (tripped the cable or something), and that made a short network downtime, but I didn’t notice it. I know it only because they mailed me about it. No problemas.) So, summary summarum they made it possible for the server to stay untouched for almost four years without worrying for it.
