One phone call to Chris Dean, and he was able to reserve the product for me coming in from the U.S. amd walk me through all the questions I had, with quick, informative responses via email. Quite knowlegable and helpful with competetive prices on site. A little confusing when ordering a product from site that states its for an old style k valve and quite clearly was not the correct type of repair kit.
Nevertheless, this would not deter me from purchasing from these guys again.

I'm not one to usually write a review but i was so happy with the help and goods. This was my first time buying from worldwide cleaning support and i will be sure to do it again. I was a little confused to what i required so i spoke to someone through their online chat thingy. I wasn't completely understanding everything so they happily gave me a call to explain in a different way. It wasnt the most expensive purchase but i felt there was support available and trusted there information. The hoses arrived very quickly which were well packaged and did the job perfectly. Thank you again.

Ordered Nilfisk Filter Bags off website - Genuine Product Displayed but received a non-genuine item. Price seemed too good to be true (when compared to Screwfix) - phoned to sales number to check if price was correct for item (pack of 5) - was told it was but that website was under-priced and would be fixed soon - urged to order quickly. Order arrived next day but obviously a 'compatible' version - completely different in size to original and no printing on bag as shown on website. Very disappointed.
