I've been using the WP dating plugin for over a year now, and I can honestly say that it's made my work a lot easier!

The support team has been incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and they always work with me to find a solution. They're so supportive.

This plugin is a must-have for anyone working on developing a dating website. You won't regret it as their service is economical.

Sent several e-mails with a complaint, each time they hide behind their conditions.
But no solution is found for not using the product. It also took a month for anything to be satisfactory at all.

Sorry but this doesn't deserve a star.

After more than six weeks a response, as I mentioned before. due to health reasons we are no longer able to continue our business, we had this plugin for less than 2.5 weeks. We then asked for a refund or a part for it and there was never a response to this and only about your conditions, but not to our question.

This is one of the best dating software in the world so far.

Fast expert support. As a novice trying to understand developing a website, WPDating Support explains how to make changes to your website with written instructions, so you can learn to make changes yourself and they always volunteer "to make the changes for you". Great Service!!!

This is absolutely a SCAM. I've paid for a Premium package with free installation. I was waiting months for a fully functional website as advertise but I just got a buggy website with half of the functions not working properly and nobody will use such a buggy and not trustable website.
I was asking them for fixing the bugs but they was just fixing part and saying that it's now functional but it was not.
At the end I've gave up and ask for a refund. They said that their refund policy is within 15 days and I am not going to receive a refund, so I posted an review on TrustPilot.
Then they said they will refund half of my money if I remove my review. Then again I was waiting 2 months for my money and never received it.
PLEASE! DO NOT TRUST WPDAITING! IT'S TOTAL SCAM!

The best guys I've had the pleasure of meeting to date. Top software and always an open ear. No question is too stupid for them. Thank you - keep up the good work!

I am in touch roughly 3 month with the support from WP Dating. I had a few problems after they installed me the plugin. We wrote us a lot mails and the support always helped me. They sent me screenshots and try to fix the problems, even sometimes it need a bit time. I hope they continue the support like this, for starters i can recommend WP Dating. This is a top notch quality plugin, and the support is just as good, if not better. This is a large plugin with many options, features, and customization's at your choosing. We've been with WP Dating for quite a few months now working to launch our new platform, and are finally on the verge of finalizing it! A few things I would like to point out.. Do not believe the reviews that state it's nothing but bugs/issues, etc.. This software is verified, and works fine. You can verify this by checking the demos on WP Dating website. You can take the software for a full test drive and check it yourself. Every single server has an entirely different setup, and with that comes entirely different configurations, settings, options, versions of servers, php, MySQL, settings set and controlled by the host provider etc, etc.. WordPress has many different moving parts alone by itself. All of these things affect the functionality and performance of any website. What may seem like a bug, is really more than likely a simple configuration issue in your server or WordPress site. Even other plugins can cause compatibility issues and bug like behavior with your site. Simply put, it is impossible to install an application of this scale on every single machine running WP out of the box with no issues. With our experience so far, WP Dating has gone far above and beyond what normal support would do for any client. WP Dating has had to make MANY configuration changes to our servers, they've installed additional third party plugins and configured said plugins. They've logged into our server dash panel to make code modifications to work better with our particular version of MySql and PHP. They've even had to log in to our third party database client to make some modifications to resolve a password hashing issue we were having. These are not issues caused or related to the WP Dating software, but particularly server environments, setup, and database client and versions of software they are using. Which are all outside of WP Dating control. What I can say, WP Dating support does not stop until the issues are resolved, and your site is working 100%. That is a LOT MORE than any other web based software support I've ever seen. Our VPS host support isn't even close to that good. Usually, when it comes to web based PHP software support, you're on your own simply because of the complexities of different server environments and configurations.
If you want to start your own dating or social media platform, this is an incredible tool. Users have access to email, match alerts, they can upload photos, photo albums, videos, and audio. Users are notified of profile views, who's viewed your profile, when user emails have been read, and a lot more! You can even add an IM client for your users. You can send winks and gifts to other members. Users have the ability to upload private photos, or create private profiles. With the WP Dating admin panel, you have full control of everything from user genders, user match traits, custom profile questions, how users can log in to your site, register etc.. Lots and lots of options. If you're confident, and know css, html, and formatting, you can really make your site look any way you want. If your first instinct is to throw your arms in the air and come write a bad review because of issues after installing the software, instead of at least attempting to notify support, then software is probably not the business you should be in. Especially web based. For the value and support, this plugin cannot be beat, especially with its low price. If you have patience, take the time to customize your site, and work with support on issues, you will have a very solid, reliable platform.

I would like to thank the wp dating team for their great service. They have been a huge help in getting my website up and running, I am so grateful that they were able to help me with this project. When I found out about them, it made sense why they are rated as the number one plugin for WordPress dating sites, not only does it provide a premium demo theme but also includes all of the features needed for setting up a dating site from scratch. The ordering process was easy and the site was installed within a day. All you have to do is purchase your package online and then wait patiently while they work on completing your order! After those two days had passed, I received an email letting me know that everything was done and ready to go :)

I found the WP DATING customer service team to very responsive when I needed assistance. The THEME and PLUGINS easy to install and configure. Yes, a bit of a learning curve - as this product has many, many features - with the ability to customize. I am very satisfied with the product!

Thank you for helping us to start with the dating website. First we chose to go full-website and then wanted to build an app like Tinder to start both website and app business. So after completing the website We changed to a full scale dating site and apps, which is what we should have done in the first place. .There was some problem because of the time zone at first but it didn't affect my project as they assigned one of the staff for my project who helped me even they were out of office hours, Anyway, they went with us all the way through all the changes for which we are grateful, also the custom development service they are providing is not so bad. I can recommend the product to all who want to start their online dating business,they are doing a lot to make a product and service better. Thank you once again to the wpdating team.

This review is about the support from looking on to buying and to getting the website running. We have not started to use the website yet, so I will give another review when that happens.

So far, the experience has been amazing. The support team is really ON trying to help me as much as they can. When I was looking in to buying the pre sale support answered all of my questions quick and was polite and nice.

After buying they started working on the site at once. I am making lots of changes, and they are so nice telling me where to change what I can change and helping me out with things I can not.

Looking forward to see how the user experience will be.

I have a very good experience setting up our lgbtq website with WPdating. Aside of the Dutch language I required many design changes to the original team. Very happy with the result and the patience of support.

No, that is absolutely not correct. The rating is based on experience with the product.
Even if you put it differently: the product is not functional and has many bugs.
Of course you tried to help. The result was still a non-working plugin.
Hence the evaluation.
Incidentally, this would not change with a PayPal refund.
The product is and will remain bad!

Der Support ist zwar bemüht aber zum einen sehr langsam und zum anderen führt jede Fehlerverbesserung zu neuen Fehlern an anderer Stelle.

Am Ende leider ein nicht funktionierendes Plugin!

Ich kann nur dringend vom Kauf abraten!!!

Wenn Ihr das Plugin einmal gekauft habt und über PayPal dann die Rückabwicklung des Kaufes machen wollt wird diese mit dem Hinweis der Auslieferung des Produktes abgelehnt.
Natürlich ist die Auslieferung erfolgt -- aber das Plugin ist leider nicht nutzbar!

A Plugin with an incredible number of bugs which only ever causes problems

The support tries hard but on the one hand it is very slow and on the other hand every error improvement leads to new errors elsewhere.

In the end, unfortunately, a non-working plugin!

I can only strongly advise against buying it!

If you have bought the plugin once and then want to reverse the purchase via PayPal, this will be rejected with the notification of the delivery of the product.
Of course the delivery took place - but unfortunately the plugin cannot be used!

I was planning to start my own online dating business and I found wpdating after a research. I purchased the platinum package to start with my website. I had no problems with the product at all. They were quick to do the work for my website. I was facing some configuration issues with the plugin and the support hours were different which was creating a problem but they helped me by giving an exact solution to my query within 24 hours. They completed the work and were very trustworthy. They helped me set everything up and now my website is running and starting to profit from subscribers on a monthly basis with memberships. I’m planning to buy the app after generating some amount from my site, I will recommend this product to entrepreneurs who want to start from a small business!
