We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Wren Kitchens showroom in Staples Corner near Brent Cross, all thanks to Miss Bahareh Kalani.
From the very first moment, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and helped us throughout the entire process with incredible patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her advice was thoughtful, honest, and always focused on helping us achieve the best possible kitchen design rather than simply making a sale.
Bahareh has an amazing ability to visualise what will work best in a space. She guided us through the options with confidence and clarity, making what could have been a complicated process feel easy and enjoyable.
We also felt that her Persian heritage and cultural sense of style gave her a special eye for design, balance, and colour. Because of this, she was able to suggest choices that turned out to be absolutely perfect for our kitchen.
Her reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers are truly exceptional. It is rare these days to meet someone who combines such warmth, expertise, and dedication in their job.
Wren Kitchens is very lucky to have someone like Bahareh on their team. If you visit the Staples Corner showroom, make sure you ask for her — you will be in the best possible hands.
Thank you, Bahareh, for making the whole experience such a pleasure.

Avoid Wren. They made measurement errors, delivered incorrect wardrobes, and left flat-pack units in my home for weeks while delaying installation. Customer service was extremely poor — staff were rude, unhelpful, and never followed up unless I chased constantly. No one took accountability and the entire process was stressful and exhausting. I felt completely helpless dealing with them. I would not recommend Wren to anyone.

I had a problem with delivering my new kitchen to my flat. The first van was too big to get into the underground carpark. The second delivery there wasn’t any available street parking. The third delivery was scheduled for 7am to avoid any further delays. This occurred over three days and all the delivery guys tried as hard as possible to work around the problem. Drew in customer support was also calm and understanding, Courtney in the office was great at keeping me updated with deliveries, and a special shout out to Gidian, Dean and the team who finally got the job done- apologies to the other 2 in the team, can’t remember your names but all 4 of you did a great job dealing with narrow staircases and 2 flights of stairs at 7am. They worked quickly and as a team. So while there were problems, you lot dealt with them well and kept me updated which made the process so much smoother. Well done and thankyou.

They haven’t paid my referral fee , they didn’t calculate the kitchen three times correctly and afforded me a lost cupboard in the end . They hired a cowboy builder whom shouted in my house whilst my kids were here after he let himself into the house unannounced . The build took forever because the builder got everything wrong . Carpentry is awful . They refuse to deal with us - avoid avoid avoid .

At the end of December, we had a kitchen designed at Wren Kitchens, Staples Corner. The sales designer was polite and helpful. Although I wasn’t ready to place an order, I was encouraged to “lock in” the sales price by paying a 10% deposit. I was clearly told that this deposit would be fully refundable provided I cancelled at least 28 days before the delivery date.
We later decided not to proceed and I informed the sales designer by email on 22 January, well within the agreed cancellation period. I received no response. I then emailed the store manager, followed up several times, and also called the store.
When I eventually reached the sales designer by phone, he said he believed the order had already been cancelled and assured me he would check with management and call me back the same day. That was over a week ago. I have since received no response by phone or email.
I don’t have unlimited time to chase this, and I find the lack of communication extremely disappointing. Either the company is very poorly organised, or customers are being given misleading assurances about deposits. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about paying any money upfront.

A very disappointing and stressful experience! Timings for appointments on 3 separate occasions. Two visits from a surveyor. One was scheduled 8am. He said he'd had written down 5.30pm so didn't turn up. Next rescheduled for 7.30pm. Turned up 7.30am. Today an 11am - 5pm appointment was scheduled but the workmen turned up 7.47am and I had to send them away as I had an appointment booked this morning. Regarding measurements, their surveyors didn't measure up correctly and we weren't given enough flooring. The units went over the door frame and had to be reordered. Now my microwave sits in a unit with only 2cm either side which is a fire hazard. The white quartz worktop has an obvious black dot on it but because its less than 1.5mm nothing can be done they've said. Designer had said a worktop leg was needed for the quartz worktop as it overhangs 30cm but the workmen last week said it wasn't necessary which was wrong. The top cupboards are so high up that you need a stepping stool to reach above the first shelf! We've had no kitchen for 5 months now. No drinking water too. Very very exhausting!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a kitchen company. If I had known how disorganised and careless Wren were, I would never have gone ahead with them.
The entire process was chaotic and unprofessional from start to finish. Installers came multiple times and repeatedly fitted units incorrectly and out of size. The lack of attention to detail caused us serious disruption, stress, and financial loss.
Six months later, the problems are still not fully resolved. There has been no proper accountability, no urgency, and no clear ownership of mistakes. The level of irresponsibility and poor workmanship is shocking for a company of this size.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering Wren to think very carefully before proceeding

I bought my kitchen from the Staples Corner branch and had the pleasure of dealing with Pansieta Lambrias who was amazing and made the process totally seamless. The kitchen was chosen and ordered with a very short lead time, delivered before Christmas on the specified date with no issues at all! I am very impressed.

Wren Kitchen is the worse experience I never had it makes me sick every time I see advertising. As a big company let me done with their own mistakes they made.
Shame 😳

Our experience with Wren has been unacceptable from start to finish, and we are now at the point where we are requesting full compensation and for the kitchen cost to be written off entirely. The level of mismanagement, delays, additional costs, and damage caused has been so severe that we wish we had simply kept our old kitchen.
The issues began immediately. We were rushed through the design and purchase stage by our designer, with little opportunity to make informed decisions. Once the sale was completed, communication dropped off completely. Surveyor advice was ignored, we were charged for a tall unit that should have been flat-packed, and requests to change simple items like the tap (raised on 5 August, well before delivery) were ignored despite multiple follow-ups with the showroom.
A tall unit was not delivered, and no genuine attempt was made to take it in, despite us being told it would be replaced in 2–3 days. Instead, it took over two weeks. This meant our oven couldn’t be installed, leaving us without any way of cooking a hot meal for weeks longer than planned.
The kitchen removal process alone took five attempts, all requiring us to take time off work. One person turned up unable to carry the kitchen. Another team arrived but didn’t have space in the van and never returned. Two further appointments were cancelled at the last minute. When removal finally happened, our walls were damaged and our fridge leaked all over the hallway carpet, leaving a putrid smell for more than two weeks. The carpet, which is less than a year old, now needs to be replaced. The flat was not suitably habitable for this period.
Work continued to be delayed at every stage. Countertop templating was pushed back. When it finally happened, despite being told it couldn’t be done, it clearly could have been—nothing about the final installation changed beyond timber infill. The templating contractor moved the sink position, causing the washing-machine waste pipe to leak.
Tiles have still not been delivered six weeks after the initial delivery. Customer care had no record of the missing tiles despite us raising it. We were also told that the extractor was a “Miele standard” installation; it is poor-quality, loud, and visually substandard. We were told we were getting full-height cupboards; they are 100mm short. Our tiles were redirected by our designer to Staples Corner without informing us, causing further delays.
The installation itself has been extremely poor. More than 40 snags were identified and, eight weeks on, there is still no confirmed date for rectification. The issues include: wall units installed on a slant so items roll out, an extractor that rattles, unsealed worktops, unsealed sink basin installed in the wrong order, leaks that damaged the base unit, gaps everywhere in the sealant, askew units throughout, and spare parts and rubbish left in our flat 16 weeks after installation began. We still have no properly functioning sink, half the kitchen is unusable, and there is now likely water damage to our laminate flooring.
We have incurred significant additional costs: extended dog-sitter fees, meals out due to not having a functioning kitchen for weeks longer than programmed, and delays to unrelated home repairs (such as our plumber visit). We have now had to cancel our Christmas plans, as hosting family is impossible with the kitchen in its current state.
At every stage, Wren have attempted to shift blame to their contractors, despite the failures being completely within Wren’s control. Customer care have refused to discuss compensation until snags are resolved, yet have shown no urgency in resolving them. We are now five months into this process with no clear end in sight.
The experience has been distressing, financially damaging, and professionally disruptive. In summary, the management of our kitchen has been abysmal, and we regret ever choosing Wren.
Given the scale and duration of the failings, we believe a full write-off of the kitchen cost and full compensation for our damages are the only proportionate remedies
Edit 05/01/2026:
Despite Wren's public response below on 10th December stating that someone would be in touch "very soon", no one has contacted us by email, phone or via Trustpilot since this review was posted.
Edit 06/01/2026
Wren have clarified that their reference to "contact" relates to an email on 16/12/2025 from a field installations manager asking us to confirm options that did not address the outstanding defects or our request to discuss compensation without requiring completion sign-off. No further engagement or resolution has taken place since.

So, we follow up the issue we had with Wren Kitchen. The extraction unit supplied is unacceptable. Either the wrong model was sent or the product is fundamentally mis-manufactured. As shown in the attached photos:
• The right and left edge colours do not match.
• There are two exposed holes that cannot be covered and are badly positioned.
I was called by Wren, who refused to accept there is an issue with this panel and stated I must pay an extra £70 to replace it. This is unacceptable. The unit is faulty/not as described, and any replacement or remedy must come be provided at no additional cost.
(I’m not able to attach the photos here, but they’re available upon request.)

Beware of bait and switch by Wren sales staff to get a sale agreed.
Throughout the process we were passed between different sales staff, who rushed consultations, made commitments that were later withdrawn, and even sold us products which turned out to be substituted in the contract.
However, the most serious issue was with a dishwasher. In the showroom, we were shown a Neff model on special offer (with clear signage showing it was £150) and, on two separate visits, sales staff assured us this was the model we would receive. However, what was delivered was a completely different and cheaper machine. When we raised this, we were told that both sales staff had since left the company and that Wren could not exchange the dishwasher for the item that had been sold to us in the showroom.
This experience has left us with very little trust in Wren’s integrity, sales process and after-sales service.
In response to Callum...
After huge difficulty to even get a response from Wren we finally made our complaint heard but to no avail. Wren refused to acknowledge the sharp sales tactics of its staff even after the Store Manager noted: "I need to train my staff better" and "Perhaps we need to have clearer signage on products advertising a discount and make sure it is only on those that are actually on discount". Steer clear and go to another supplier. I understand Magnet, Howdens and John Lewis are reputable.

My original visit to Wren was fine and I talked to the staff who explained the kitchens and their pricing so I booked a measuring visit that went well and a design appointment in store with the kitchen designer. When I arrived for my 12 noon appointment with my son in law all the kitchen designer was interested in was how much I wanted to spend and kept referring to me spending £20k and my need to put a deposit down that very day. When we said we wanted to see a design etc he told us that he would be in trouble with management for creating a design and us not signing on the dotted line that day. He would not sit down for our design appointment and could hardly be bothered to answer our questions when we said £20k was a bit more than we wanted to spend. He told us he would send one the following Thursday. Nothing arrived. He was more interested in talking down competitors and refering to his 20 years working at Magnets. Needless to say I bought my kitchen elsewhere for £15k.
You know there is no order number as the appointment was for a design. Additionaly you have the email address the appointment was booked under, the date, time and name so you can see in your system it is legitimate. Me having two email addresses isn't the issue but your trying to invalidate my review is

I was ready to place an order with Wren Kitchens got my kitchen measured Back in January waited for somebody to come round and help us could not make it to the showroom as I’m disabled and bedbound manager supposed to ring me back left loads of messages. It’s like they don’t care for disabled people.

While the kitchen cupboards are of a good quality it’s been spoilt by the approved installer doing a dreadful job, cupboards are not aligned properly, one is not in line at all, the finish of the units is not flush, after paying so much for a new kitchen now comes the impossible task of getting it rectified, after several calls to Wren plus a day in waiting for another installer to come and look at what needs to be done (who didn’t even turn up) I would never recommend to friends and family, dreadful service from once we left the Staples Corner showroom, it was apparent after we’d agreed the sale you then become irrelevant and they don’t want to know! Poor service and poor workmanship
