I dealt with Warrington store and the designer supporting process of kitchen design and install. In the main I found the designer really helpful in the process. Communication was ok. I wanted a splashback that filled the area and there was an error as order did not highlight the glass splash back would not fill it, so I had to change to quartz. Had the installer not mentioned this, it would have spoiled my design for that area.
On one occasion, the store had mixed up appointment dates and the man on reception became combative and argumentative. I am neurodivergent and attempted to walk away as he tried to argue with me, and was upsetting me. He actually pursued me in store so that I had to walk out and was in tears. The designer apologised on behalf of the other man, but I made clear expected a written apology from the store on this experience. I received none from the manager even though emailed too. This is shocking customer service.
I was provided with a recommended installer. For the main, the installation process was fine and installer very helpful. As installers naturally overlap jobs, he moved to next one and was coming back to mine but insisted on payment after the first week for wages, even though the job was unfinished at that time. A few snags were resolved with no issues such as unfinished plastering in areas, unrequested removal of outside tap stopcock that had to be reinstated, spare shelf stuck in position that couldn’t be moved and missed sealant on a couple of edges. I felt pressure from the installer to sign the completion form when hadn’t had chance to check for any further snags. The dishwasher didn’t work and turned out they hadn’t turned the taps on in a hidden area! They also left hole in external wall unfilled that left open to elements and potential vermin. These left me with anxiety on who to follow up, with when job already signed off. When I raised with the installer, as I had texted on a weekend as I first saw the snags then, I was berated for disturbing him, so ended up completing the snags myself and at cost of foam filler and wall sealant for jobs that should never have been left.
In the main, my kitchen is beautiful (and so it should be for what we paid) and general installation of very good quality. But, left feeling from both Wren and installer that once they have your money, the customer service dries up.

Following a persuasive pre-sale service & an impressive illustration of what our dream kitchen would look like, we placed our order in March. We were advised to use a Wren fitter to ensure the guarantee & on the recommendation of our Salesman opted to wait until the end of April when a trusted fitter became available.
This is where the nightmare and sub standard service began.
Due to a unit being delivered damaged & having already removed the sink we were without water downstairs for 2 days & nights. The replacement was delivered the week after however the fitter was already booked so he couldn't complete the installation.
We paid over £2,000.00 for 2 and a half days work, which was "shoddy" and not done with due care & attention, nor were our wishes followed, and this from a "recommended" installer.
Our complaints resulted in an Inspection who agreed to rectify the issues.
Last week we have finally had the installation finished after 6 weeks of navigating units & work tops, living out of boxes & managing with half a kitchen.
We may not have the biggest kitchen and ours may not have been the most expensive order, however we feel the after sale service we received was poor & negligent and we shall be submitting a formal complaint.
Order with caution.

We recently installed our new kitchen by Wren. We felt the whole process was unprofessional and designer and installer provided us with some misinformation/false promise during the whole process. Though, dealing with a kitchen designer is still part of process, I would recommend being very careful and don’t just rely on their information.
I would also recommend going with your own installer, as Wren installers are not professional. They can back out at any time leaving you in panic, with no back up plan.
Our max 2 weeks kitchen installation plan turned out to be about 6 weeks, because of their misinformation and lack of planning.
Below is the detailed review of all the steps:
1. Designing of kitchen: Though the designer seemed patient to our requirements, the information provided regarding the installation time was misleading. We were told that 1 week is sufficient for the installation, however, not informed about the separate timeline for quartz worktop which led to about 5 weeks of disruption.
Also, our kitchen design was majorly modified by the kitchen designer according to the installer, without even consulting or notifying us. Fortunately, we noticed it on our app and contacted Wren designer ourselves.
2. Delivery of kitchen: We were informed by our designer that our kitchen will be delivered on Friday before the week of installation, however, it was delivered to us on Monday. When we called them and try to reschedule it before the delivery date, they did not change the delivery date, which was inconvenient as we planned our work around it.
3. Installation: We hired the Wren installer for our kitchen, however, he cancelled the plan to do our kitchen fitting just 1 day before the planned schedule, though changed his mind later and did the kitchen with some delay. This was very unprofessional, and we really panicked at this last moment plan change. They had no backup plan.
Also, Wren installer did not inform us that he is changing the worktop appointment and did it behind our back. We just got the email and had to chase the administration for such appointment change to find out that installer made such request without even consulting/notifying us.

We’ve always had a good experience with Wren Warrington. We had a kitchen fitted 3 years ago without any issues, so when it came to choosing fitted bedroom furniture, we didn’t hesitate to return.
Kelli was fantastic throughout the process. She listened to our brief, understood exactly what we wanted, and created plans that reflected our requirements perfectly. Always happy to keep in touch and answer any questions.
There was an issue with the bedroom delivery not arriving as scheduled on delivery day, the customer services team kept us informed, but it took several calls & a few days until everything was resolved. Thankfully, the furniture was delivered in time for the fitting. Would have given 5 stars if the delivery had gone to plan.
A special mention goes to Gareth, our fitter, who went above and beyond. He worked solidly for 2 days in a small room surrounded by the furniture & boxes, his attention to detail, workmanship, and professionalism were outstanding. The quality of the furniture & finish is excellent, and we’re delighted with the end result.
Everything was left clean and tidy, waste collection was arranged quickly.
Overall, another great experience with Wren Warrington. Highly recommended

I chose Wren kitchens for a self install and the process is so easy from design to arriving.
The after sales is second to none and would recommend to anyone.

I spoke to Deborah at Wren Customer Services recently and once again I was met with a professional and helpful person! She was able to quickly find my details and understood exactly what I required in order to replace a specific item that was damaged! Without any hassle or difficulty Deborah ordered a replacement item for me and got it sent at the next possible and appropriate slot! As with all my communications with Wren - once again I cannot fault their after sales service and consideration for the customer! Brilliant!

Found the whole process really good with Wren, from viewing the showrooms with lots of options, initial design consultation with Francis, surveys, delivery and extremely clear installation packs for the fitters. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional and provided clear information. Jordan in customer service dealt with a couple of minor delivery issues very promptly and professionally. I would have no hesitation in using Wren again or recommending them.

Well what can I say the delivery wasn’t easy for Andrew and Lewis, as they had loads to cart up my stairs for the bedroom, but they did it without complaint, both were very friendly and helpful , and definitely an asset to Wren as a whole!!.

Abbi.S came out to do our survey. She was in touch with me first thing in the morning to introduce herself and to confirm all the details. She kept me updated during the day on expected arrival time. Once here she explained clearly and efficiently what she was going to do and answered any questions I had. She had to work around the builders who were overrunning on their job and she was very flexible and got on with it with a lovely smile on her face. Abbi is professional, reliable, a great communicator and seemed very efficient and had a lovely can-do attitude. She was brilliant. What an asset to the company.

We had a bedroom installed in November. The fitter was excellent but we have since had problems with handles coming off, handles breaking and a broken drawer. I raised 3 separate cases and was eventually sent the parts needed to resolve the issues. The 1st issue took over 2 months to resolve as the fitter tried to order the replacement drawer. After going back and forth with videos of the problem I had to escalate this with the management of the Warrington showroom.
Each time the case was closed saying it was resolved even though the last communication I had was to say they were arranging for a fitter to install/fix the issue.
It is such poor service.
My advice is to get your own reliable fitter that will come back to resolve any problems that arise. I’m now paying for a bedroom that was fitted at the beginning of November and I’m still waiting for issues to be fixed nearly 3 months later.
Also just to back this up, we have had a kitchen from Wren which is of excellent quality. We had our own installer with no issues.

Dave was great. He talked me through the process. What he was doing, what the would feedback to my kitchen designer would be so there was be no surprises.

Ordered my bedroom from Wren Warrington on 1st October 2025.
Delivered 11th November 2025 to be fitted on 18/19th November 2025.
Fitter cancelled Sunday 16th November 2025.
I had to contact Wren to find out when my bedroom furniture would be fitted which took numerous telephone calls to get a new fitting date of 3rd December 2025.
Bedroom fitted on 3rd December 2025. Unfortunately 2 doors and top filler panel damaged.
10th December 2025 replacment doors delivered but not top filler panel.
22nd December 2025 fitter came out and replaced damaged doors.
07th January 2026 top filler panel delivered to be fitted and bedroom completed on 14th January 2026.
14th January 2026 no show by fitter. I rang him to be told by him that Wren had sent him on another job and so he can complete my bedroom on 20th January 2026.
I then rang Wren Installations to be told the fitter was ill and that was why he had not been able to complete my bedroom installation today. Who's telling the truth?
We are now 2 months since my bedroom should have been fitted and completed and I have been very calm and patient with Wren but I am now getting angry and frustrated as I have had to cancel my decorator 3 times now and my bedroom which should have been finished in November is still not completed. Wren have not offered me any compensation nor said they are sorry for the problems I have endured over the past 2 months. Such a shame, as the product is good and the installers have been good just Wren Service has let them down.

I provided the review below back in November 25 when they provided an sinkerator FOC.
Went into Wren Warrington, with my 85 year old Dad to order a new kitchen as he was in the process of purchasing a bungalow following the sudden death of my Mum. We had a look around and was impressed with the service provided by Callum and paid a deposit for a new kitchen. When we came to confirming the date of completion we called to ask for a date for the survey and a date for installation which was more than satisfactory and we were really happy with the level of response. Dad had stressed during the consultations that he wanted a sinkerator and had even been shown a sink that would accommodate this. It was included in the Contract important information about your kitchen and was the final contract. However, when the kitchen fitter arrived and was fitting he could not locate it. We raised it with Wren they advised that it hadn't been paid for although was in the final contract and told that it would be £50 cheaper to purchase through Amazon. I can't understand why when you enter into a contract that they can change their terms and then admit that you can buy appliances for less from an on line retailer. I would strongly advise that you thoroughly read the numerous terms and conditions before you purchase. Our son has purchased a kitchen from Wren and another relative is about to spend a significant amount of money on a kitchen which I would strongly advise against. Wren have rectified the issue we have had and have responded in a professional and timely way - thank you Alex
However, things have gone from bad to worse and Dad has been left with a kitchen that was nothing short of dangerous for an 85 year old man! The kitchen fitter returned on the 19th December and fitted the flooring and the hob. We then received an e mail to confirm the kitchen was completed. How can this be when the granite splashbacks haven't been completed, the waste disposal doesn't work, the housing unit around the boiler hasn't been completed, the kickboards and corniches, panel and strip lighting hasn't been completed. Dad has been left with an extension lead on the worktops which he tripped up over Christmas and New Year whilst I was away and has damaged his already injured hip.
I haven't had such a disgraceful experience with an organisation such as Wren and will be seeking legal advice as they are truly incompetent purely sales focussed and don't care who they take their money from.
I've had numerous calls with customer service who have not provided any help whatsoever apart from providing the waste disposal unit.
This is totally unacceptable considering all the promises they make at the point of sale. I question their core values of integrity, responsibility, customer satisfaction, excellence, passion and determination as none of these have applied in this siutation!
My Dad's age doesn't help the situation particularly over Christmas and New Year 2025 but, I would not like anyone of any age to have put up with this level of service - DISGRACEFUL

Paul & Dave did a great job, very efficient, polite and left the job tidy afterwards. Standard of the work was very high and they were considerate with our property. Would highly recommend.
