I used wrong fuel doctor today after the recommendation from my garage guy and the overall service was just 10/10. I rang the phone was answered straight away, very direct and straight forward and very reasonable price. The man whose name have forgot arrive within the hour, and the service was amazing was done and sorted with around 30 minutes. Very happy customer can’t recommend enough

Many thanks to Daniel for resolving my error. He arrived on time and was totally professional. It wasnt a simple hose into the filler, he had to go through the fuel pumps via the back seat. This was all done diligently, making sure fuel tank was completely empty by sight and then making sure engine was working properly afterwards. He was a star, great service from initial call to getting car back on road. I'd totally recommend this company.

Frank was great. Very friendly and helpful. I had to pay a deposit so I was slightly worried at first but the company on what’s app were easy to contact and replied right away and Frank arrived on time. They were also very good value. I would certainly use again but hopefully not.

A very prompt, professional service! From the initial telephone call to the service desk, to the engineer arriving at my home to fix my car. They have been first rate. Excellent communication. I was initially told 4:30, (which was 2.5 hours) and was told they would be in touch. The were not in touch. At 4:50 l called to ask for an update. Initially the phone went straight to voicemail and l was told the office was closed! I called again and they said the technician would be no more than another 40 minutes! It was 55 minutes before he showed up. The guy himself was brilliant. It didnt take long and he talked me through what he was doing. He gave me advice and options and the car has been great since. I was not impressed with how l was treated by the office or the phone system problems or the five hours to get a 15 minute job done!
