I feel completely misled by this company.

I ordered a T-shirt to support a humanitarian cause, but the communication is unclear and suspicious. They claim thousands of items were “seized in Germany” with no proof, no documents, no transparency.

This looks like an excuse to delay or avoid fulfilling orders.

At this point, I strongly advise people to be very careful before ordering from them.

Customer service is slow, confusing, and largely unhelpful. Simple, time-sensitive questions took multiple follow-ups to get vague or irrelevant responses. It feels like you’re talking to a script, not a team that actually understands or cares about resolving issues.

Even worse, the website is unreliable. It claimed my order qualified for free shipping, yet still charged me at checkout. When I flagged it, I was told the site “isn’t updated” - and that was it. No accountability, no attempt to honor what was advertised, no solution. Just shrugging off misleading information.

A quick look at other reviews makes it clear this isn’t a one-off issue. Customers consistently report wrong sizes being shipped and orders arriving late - basic e-commerce fundamentals that this brand seems unable to get right.

For a company trying to position itself as thoughtful and premium, the operational gaps are glaring. I ended up buying elsewhere, and based on everything I’ve seen, that was the right call. Definitely feels like I dodged a bullet.

They sent the wrong size and then completely stonewalled me when I tried to return it - refusing to provide the basic info required to complete their DHL return. After multiple emails, they became evasive and then stopped replying. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their “supporting a cause” messaging rings empty when they won’t take accountability for a simple fulfilment mistake. If you’re considering ordering, be aware you may be left chasing a basic refund.
