First time user, and nothing has made me want to convert to using these. I don’t feel clean, or comfortable. I can smell my period, which is a huge no. Sorry, but I’ll stick to tampons for now.

Exemplary customer service. I incorrectly order only 2 pairs of period pants on the 3 for 2 offer, can you imagine my frustration with myself when my package arrived and I realised what I had done. I contacted Sabina at Wuka to see if I could still stake advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and she very promptly discussed my case with her manager (as it was my error). I had a free additional pair of pains sent the very next day. Truly excellent customer services in addition to a great product. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic products. Used the super heavy ones for very long journeys across India and they were a life saver! Great for over night, don’t have that terrible waking up moment. If you know you know. Best ones I’ve tried.

The swimsuit I'd ordered for my daughter was a size too small, and I wanted to exchange it for the next size up, but to do that faster than the usual exchange process, so that we would receive it in time for us going on holiday. Sabina in the customer service team was absolutely brilliant, really speedy and friendly in email communication, looking out for the original item to arrive back with them and fast tracking delivering of the replacement as soon as it had. We have the swimsuit now in time to go away and have had excellent customer service, thank you Sabina and the WUKA team! PS, the swimsuit is fantastic too! :)

I’ve now shopped with WUKA three times. Twice I’ve had to contact their customer service, and both times I was met with understanding and a quick response. Once, an order wasn’t cancelled in time due to a system issue, but they immediately apologized and offered me the choice of keeping the item or receiving a full refund, including shipping costs, since the package had to be sent all the way to Denmark.

The second time was because a pair of menstrual underwear started to leak after only a short period of use. They responded quickly again, and it ended with them sending me a new pair free of charge.

10/10 customer service!! Highly recommended — even when ordering from Denmark.

Great customer care. I needed an exchange as i ordered the wrong size. Royal mail lost them for 3 weeks but Wuka were great at advice and checking in after all was resolved

This was my first ever experience with a product like this and I honestly can’t fault it. The products are great, but what stood out even more was the customer service - really responsive, genuinely helpful, and very human (a rare thing these days!). One of the good companies out there, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Wuka is a revolutionary company in terms of their products and how much difference it’s made to my daughter’s life. She started her period 6 months ago and I went with the traditional route of introducing sanitary towels. My friend recommended Wuka who sell period pants. I was skeptical at first as I thought there would be leaks and would be a headache to wash. But it’s completely changed my daughter’s school life. I bought the seamless pants for teens (heavy flow) and I was amazed as one pair lasts the whole day throughout school so there’s no fuss about making sure you have the correct number of pads, they’re environmentally friendly and there’s no odour. I’m so impressed.

I had a few problems with the points on my account. However on contacting customer services (Rezi in particular), they sorted out my problem within an hour. Very efficient, polite and friendly.

I’ve recently ordered their teen swim shorts and can’t wait to hear the verdict from my daughter.

Update: after contactihg customer again service they dispatched the order again which arrived within a few days. They also followed up multiple to make sure i was happy.
Ordered on 6th September and its now the 22nd and I've still not received my order. First time to order from them, great experience. Contacted customer care who gave me a link for tracking which I already had so the provided me with no help

The absolute best period underwear that I have tried. It saw me through tough times postpartum, too. There is no period product (reusable or otherwise) that I trust as much as Wuka pants.
I recommend them to anyone who struggles with leaks and heavy periods!

Customer service is perfect, too. They reply quickly and with, my strong impression was, genuine kindness and care about people. I normally don't write reviews but my experience so far with Wuka has been positive in every aspect so: 5 stars!

I placed an order for a bundle of 4 periods pants but only received 2. I was a little disappointed so I contacted the customer service straight away. The team was very helpful and onto resolving the issue promptly. I received the rest of order within days. I have to say the customer service is great as genuine mistakes happens. It’s not my first time using Wuka and I love how great the quality is and the speed of delivery. My daughter loves them as she does not need to worry about leaks or changing in school. We will continue to support the business.

Really great support after there was an error in my order. Sabrina was super helpful and we are pleased with the products, my daughters prefer them to the other brands we have used in the past as they are less bulky and more comfortable.

Everytime I order from WUKA I have a great experience. This time, unfortunately my items were out of stock but they contacted me straight away, asking me if I would like an alternative or to wait for them to be back in stock. Prava was so helpful. They were despatched as soon as they were back in stock and I love them! So comfortable and they work! Thank you!

I buy WUKA's for my teenage daughter, and really wish they were available forty years ago.
We saw them advertised in a programme for a Women's Rugby 6 Nations match and thought 'well, if they're endorsing them they must be good'. After trialling a sample pair she now loves them, especially for playing rugby, and hasn't looked back since.
Yes, you need to select the right pair for the right day and there's been the occasional leak on a really heavy first day/night but generally the medium to heavy duty pair will survive a whole school day.

Went with wuka because they seem the best out there, definitely in terms of health. They were very helpful when I set the wrong shipping address by accident ! Would strongly recommend :))

I ordered a set of three high waist heavy flow Lacey undies and a pack of three medium flow thongs . They are such high quality and were able to absorb a very heavy and intense moon flow this month . I felt so comfortable and even sexy . I slept in them and went out in them. Highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering more for the future ! What a beautiful offering to women around the world to be wild , empowered and honor their sacred moon time .
