Useless

In non complex areas it seems to forecast reasonably well. Here in Palm Springs it is 100% useless and misleading. My patio cushions are now soaked by a rain shower the app totally didn’t see coming. I’m done.

I had paid for their service since 2020…

I had paid for their service since 2020 and suddenly my system wasn't visable. I can't resolve and there is zero customer support. I reached out to them twice by email as it is the only method of contact, only to get an automated response email stating someone would contact me within 90 days. This was 110 days ago from the first one. It didn't keep them from taking the yearly subscription though. I was able to solve that with little effort though. No more $$ from me.

Not good enough

Good when it works but it often doesn’t! Very frustrating. Regularly disconnected from the site which then requires a fiddly process and a long delay to reconnect. No-one seems to care so I’ll go elsewhere.

Weather Underground poor support and site

Weather Underground not report this morning. If I go to Profile, and My Devices, all 4 of my stations are GREEN and reporting. But when I select the individual PWS it indicated RED (Offline) and no data reporting. Ever since IBM took over Weather Underground support is nonexistent, and site is horrible. I am now using Ambient Weather which is SO much better and reliable and support is great.

Used for Weather Station

Pros: Good graphics, easy to set up, can see my weather station readings on the website wherever I am, great map feature which lets you see all other stations readings over the world;

Cons: No App in UK, website often very slow, readings are not stored for download nor are they easily copied (which is the solution), poor website bias towards the USA, it's pain if you have a power cut - it does not display readings for hours after power comes back on.

Suggestions: Get a a decent app set up for iOS and Android which we can all use, allow readings to be downloaded and increase internet download speeds.

RED HOT RUBBISH

RUBBISH! Would give ZERO stars if it were possible, but these twits are so bad it should be negative stars. They are very inaccurate, the info is very delayed and limited. They are worse than horrible. I have an FCC amateur radio license, and I have taken NWS Sky Warn classes in numerous locations. Tornado Alley to Arctic to Tropical Storm & Hurricane to Desert Flash Flood NWS Sky Warn classes. I NEVER use these jokers to plan anything. They are way too busy dreaming up leftwing new green deal nonsense and Corona Virus info to be a remotely worthy weather source.

Wunderground ignore end users

15 years ago I bought a personal weather station that sent climate data to wunderground website. Never had an issue for 10 years until my PWS failed. I've finally erected a new PWS, it sends data to wunderground, met office and ecowitt. Then wunderground stopped receiving. I nudged them twice to fix it and it worked for a week.. until their end failed again and a week later nothing. Nothing wrong with my PWS as it sti sends data to the other platforms. It's wunderground that no longer works and there is no one there to correct problems.

Awful

Awful. It changes all the time troughout a day, and often quite drastically.

Radar often shows rain when there is no rain at all.

Very bad wording..rain 'will' continue when it's not even raining...or there 'will' be showers in the evening at 10 days ahead. Come on...

Temperatures are usually too low as well.

The weather Chanel is a joke

The weather Chanel is a joke. They just keep changing hourly forecast as it happens. It says no rain at 8am and if it's raining at 8 am so they change it to show rain. All morning today July 2nd they have done exactly that every hour. The people doing forecast have towel outside to see if it gets wet then they can say it's raining. Trained monkey would do better and you don't have to pay them

WUnderground - the worst weather company out there!

Since IBM took over wunderground, staff were laid off, and the service took a jump off a big cliff.

Integrity of data has never been checked from supplying weather stations, and everyone gets a gold start no matter if the data is correct or not.

Tens of thousands of followers yet they can’t see what wu actually is.

A company lead by the smell of money who gives no technical support of weather station owners

What a joke
