Weather underground was the best weather reporting site for years. Now it is not. Slow to load. The “Amazon winner” corrupted site is essentially useless. There are now many better sites

1 1/2 minutes to load WU site
Weather Underground provides a valuable service, but it has become almost unusable. This morning it took the site a minute and a half to fully load due, I suppose, to the the many, many advertisements. I sympathize with the need to sell ads, but WU is shooting itself in the foot. It is very true that we, the clients, are the product not the customer!

Improved
I have found Weather Underground to be useful, especially since it provides weather predictions from home station close to my location. However, they recently changed my homestation to a more distant station. Three attempts to get help from them through their customer service site have gone unanswered. Customer service seems non-existent.
Update, January, 2020: Things have improved at WU in that I am now able to customize my local station report to fit my needs. I have not tried to reach customer service, so can't speak to that. I continue to find the weather reports and outlooks to be quite accurate. Upgraded from 2-star to 4-star.

Horrible new BETA version, was refused a refund.
Without any warning, a wonderful interactive website, WUNDERGROUND, changed most of the functionality of the main feature. I have been a member for years, and a paid member as long as it's been offered. The new map is unresponsive, rigid, useless. I am completely disgusted by the new owners of this site, weather.com
I asked for a refund, and was told I would have it in two days. It's now been two weeks, and when I contacted 'help', I got a snotty answer from 'WunderWilliam' who informed me that in fact, I was not going to get a refund, and if I didn't like it, I could use the link he provided to the old, completely disconnected, page. I am so angry at this ripoff I will review this at every opportunity.
UPDATE: I combed the site and finally found an email address for the founder of Wunderground. The program is truly degraded from the previous service, and when I sent an email to Jeff Masters, he refunded my money immediately. The Wundermap is still not working correctly, or at all, as far as I can tell. If they fix it, and Jeff is still involved, I will sign back up. It used to be the best map anywhere, and I am a total weather nut, and I MISS IT!!!!!!

Love this website, bookmarked and visited everyday
This is possibly the best weather website ive come across. It has loads of information and the weather station list shows all weather stations on your area with "rapid fire" updates so you can see the exact temp/humidity/wind speed at the current time. Also the data is viewable on graphs to compare the increases/decreases throughout the day and you can fiew history on the graphs too. I would recommend bookmarking this and using is as your main weather site.
