I purchased a couple of wheel bearings for my bike and completed the helpful additional information box on the webpage. Within 12 hours, I’d received a call from Wych Bearings telling me that I had ordered one of the bearings incorrectly and would I like to change my order which I obviously did Fantastic customer service for a first time customer with a relatively small order I would highly recommend them and they are now my go to bearing suppliers

I ordered a couple of drive belts for my cement mixer after calling to speak to someone regarding the choice of belt the company supplied and the specific choice of belt for my mixer.
Couldn’t be more pleased with both the advice, the cost of the two belts and the overall service I received.

Ordered some bearings for the headset on my carbon Cannondale Synapse. The bearings are excellent and the guys are very good and knowledgeable however the Royal Mail delivery took a week but not the fault of Wych bearings. Used many times in the past and will definitely be back👍

Another order of bearings for my bike, ordered and dispatched with 30 mins, I don't look anywhere else as this place is so good and also helpful if you need help or advice.
I only gave 5 stars as there is no option for 6.

I called Wych to get advice on bearing selection and they were really helpful. I then ordered on-line, and the goods were delivered the following morning. I then encountered an unexpected problem which meant I had to speak to Wych a second time...and again they couldn't do enough to help me and get the issue solved. I ordered a pulley and taper bush online from Wych yesterday. Within two minutes of placing the order Wych phoned me to querie the order as I had accidently selected two pulleys and only one bush. They corrected the order to one of each. They arrived today, less than 24hrs later. Fast, friendly, honest and right on the ball. Fantastic service. Thanks.

I had ordered a set of bearings for a rear hub rebuild. Happened to mention the hub make in the order ref (for my own benefit). Wych team spotted that I’d ordered pivot specific bearings by mistake - got in touch, changed the order with me before dispatch and refunded the difference. You don’t get that from Amazon! Needed quality bearings for idle wheel on X axis and Wych saved the day. Good communication, fast delivery and bearings working like a dream, whats not to like...

Needed an oil seal for a set of mountain bike forks which seemed unobtainable but one call to Wych and not only did they have the part but it was dispatched the same day. Saved me over £100 and a pair of forks going in the bin. A+++

Needed to cancel part of an order (my mistake despite info on website being quite clear) so phoned Wych. Friendly & helpful conversation, prompt PayPal refund offered (and received that day). Turned out the bearings I'd ordered were wrong for the application I wanted so new bearings suggested. Bearings arrived next day. Lesson learned; put intended use of bearings on order.
