I had ordered a set of bearings for a rear hub rebuild. Happened to mention the hub make in the order ref (for my own benefit). Wych team spotted that I’d ordered pivot specific bearings by mistake - got in touch, changed the order with me before dispatch and refunded the difference. You don’t get that from Amazon!
