It's a great app for general advice and help for the younger/uninformed learner of the mind. It's nicely designed and very kind and helpful but if you know already a lot about yourself or you have deep problems, I would probably not recommend it as it's more designed for general psychological questions and ailments. In the latter case a real psychologist might be the better option.
