Great customer service and products! I recently ordered the Duo Cam to replace my previous doorbell cam and they forgot to send my micro SD card. They checked things on their end and promptly sent my card. Again, both their services and products are phenomenal and I highly recommend them!

My Wyze cameras and other devices are not reliable at all. Suddenly they stop working for days at a time, for no reason. No matter what you do, they do not work. Then suddenly they start working again. And then stop working again. I cannot rely on them for security purposes. I find them to be more like toys. I also could not get any decent help from Wyze Support. Useless.

I ordered a vacuum online from Wyze. It was delivered via Amazon, and the driver left my package in the apartment building’s front lobby instead of in the secured mailroom where delivery folks are supposed to leave packages. Not surprisingly, it got stolen. But Wyze did a very nice thing and reimbursed me. I appreciated that a lot… most companies wouldn’t do that.

WYZE/Google pay took $140.71 from my account after I canceled all subscriptions. If I see another charge from these pirates I will dispute it and do a stop pay. Their customer service is horrible and they just don't care if you are satisfied or not!

I received and excepted a 3 month offer. A week later I cancelled renewal of the subscription. 3 months later I was charged and put on a monthly plan I never ask for. So when I went on the website to cancel again. While going finishing the cancellation, telling then 3 times yes i want to cancel. They offer an extended 3 months they say for free, but asked for a credit card anyway. ***Important*** In the terms of service, It states that I would wave any right to participation in any class action suit after. I refused the offer to avoid the (1) cancel subscription renewal, (2) being charge anyway, (3) Then asking them to investigate, (4) Then the 3 month offer, waving my rights merry-go-round. They currently have a class action suits against them. Also CNET just dropped their recommendation of wyze due to the continual security issues, mainly after the one last month when people had access to other members video feeds. Too much trouble, too many issues especially with a company with an F on the BBB and Poor customer service. Getting microSD cards and praying I don't have technical issues.

I was just charged another annual renewal for Cam Plus. I haven't used the Wyze cameras for several months and totally forgot about them until my AMEX alerts me of the charge. WYZE is another company that sucks you in with subscription services but purposely do NOT provide a RENEWAL REMINDER. They can but they don't. I wonder how much revenue they get from this underhanded practice?

I purchased a bundled deal for my daughter ($99 total) in October, 2024, and had it sent to her home address. She never received it. I called to ask about the delivery and was told it had been delivered when it had not. They emailed me a link and when I entered the information for a refund I was told it was too late to get a refund as I had waited too late to request it. I paid an additional fee for this service yet they are refusing to honor it. This is my third time contacting Wyze, and they are still giving me the runaround for returning my $99 or providing the product bundle I paid for. Again they said they would email me, and this time I asked for a living, breathing person, and still they give me the runaround. I have cancelled both my subscriptions to Wyze for our cameras, this company is no better than the rip-off artists who habitually call to scam you out of your money. A legitimate company honors its customer's claims, Wyze is not that. Find a camera from somewhere else.

Terrible camera terrible after sales service.
I think these cameras are a rip off! The cameras don’t record well, even though they have SD cards in them, it still doesn’t record . The clarity of the pictures are terrible and blurred and it’s impossible to contact customer service.
Today one of my cameras wasn’t working and when I called customer service they said because it was past the one year warranty, I couldn’t get an exchange camera and there was nothing that they could do. I was told since I was a valued customer that they would give me a five dollar gift card. What a joke! I asked her if she could get anything for five dollars in their company and she said she was just doing me a favor then she didn’t need to do it because it was out of warranty, but she was still offering me the five dollar gift card. All I can say is this company is a joke and a rip off. I’ll never buy from them anything again.

Terrible cameras and customer service. The cameras that you don't pay extra for service on miss dozens of events everyday which basically makes them useless.Ironically the camera I pay a monthly fee on rarely misses an event.Total BS.Adios Wyze .

won't connect. this is a terribly unreliable system. I have bought 9 cameras and they all frequently don't connect, or take some time to do so. they also miss way too many vehicles and people. but they sure do good at seeing bugs and rain. all I am told is wait for an update. I am not a satisfied customer and will communicate that to my friends and in reviews. I'm done trouble shooting. They are asking for more information. Why don't they just check their records for my account. I call it a lame excuse to dismiss my review.

There are plenty of negative reviews of WYZE here and all other review sites, but this review captures a new low for the company. Yes, the products are critically voted negatively, but how about when a customer places an order on the company’s own site, pays for the product then receives no products. I called their customer service, over an hour holding then a over seas agents takes my complaint, puts me back on hold for almost half an hour, then returns to the call and informs me the sales team will call me……….they never did.

Upside is the cameras are hard wired so they work relatively well even in our cold Canadian climates...but they pickup activity outside of the specified detection zones and then DON'T pickup activity that should be caught (like a parcel delivery guy 10 ft away from the camera).
I am now trying to cancel my AUTO-RENEWAL (didn't read the fine print) which happens in a month but WYZE won't allow me to remove my credit card info from their system so that I can't be accidentally renewed like last year!!
I have reached out to them via their internal contact system but so far no response!!!!

I bought these cameras because they supposedly can record 24/7 and not just motion events. Batteries died in less than a few hours. Not only that the solar panels do not charge the cameras properly or they are defective. I hung them up, and batteries dead not even a day later. I purchased that plan subscription for $99 a year. Well I took the cameras down and boxed them back up and returning currently. Oh and the 99 subscription even though returning in less than 2 weeks. NO REFUNDS on a useless subscription. $99 down the drain on defective, horrible products.
