Well, the 4 stars are for the use of my GPS unit during 3years. It took me where I programmed it to go, but then I tried to update the maps. I updated and the unit didn’t start anymore . The specialists on facebook did their best but no success. I have then approached xgody services and there was no reply. So the result will be to throw it in the bin. I am sad to say that I am disappointed by the service and I will probably buy another brand gps.

Absolutely useless! Every morning when I turned on my car the Xgody dash cam date has reverted to the ORIGINAL DATE which makes it useless for evidential purposes in the event of an accident etc. It does this regardless of what parameters I use.
Also after 2 weeks even with a 64Gb SD card the unit does not over-write and I although it looks like it is recording, IT IS NOT. Even reverting back to default does not make any difference. I have since bought a different make and threw this junk in the trash! AVOID!

Contacted XGody with problem with dashcam reversing camera not working they state to contact and will a excellent service to customers pure rubbish sent email twice over a period of time no response

Bought this fone for my 4 year old at Xmas just for YouTube and once the phone dies you try and charge it and won’t come back on. Avoid at all costs can’t even send back cause it’s past its 30 days

HAD ENOUGH: 3rd Xgody fone in 3 months. all seem to come with a fault in the screen, as a line down the centre. Ok acceptable. but files won't be seen on pc when I connect it. I accept that I guess. But swiping the connect screen button to answer a call seldom works. I can get buy with text messages BUT ALMOST everyone I want to send has a triangle at the bottom with an exclamation mark. That cheap £12 Antcantel worked superbly for 3 years, updating to this rubbish was bad. They say support for life, 12 days waiting and no answer again to my email report. it seems they only help via email. UPDATED 20.02.24. BOUGHT New Motorola phone at £69, it immediately connected to my server and no issues. Xgody 3 now to dump.

I just bought one your mobiles on ebay and I can't believe how terrible it is to use. Its doesn't not receive phone call or text messages. It keeps freezing when downloading apps on the phone.

if i could give this company 0 stars i would . Purchased a new phone on sept 2 23 by the nov 4th 23 . it stopped working . i contacted Xgody by the company email address and as of today dec11 2023 they have failed to contact me . VERY POOR service and tech i will not but anything from this company again . pls be careful your hard earned money is at risk

I ordered the V50 and I haven't been able to use it, for some reason it keeps shutting on and off freezing and overheating I got the phone yesterday and it's nothing but issues

Purchased an xgody 7" dash cam/satnav/android auto play via ebay. The seller offers a 12 month warranty. It stopped working after 3 1/2 months and they are shirking responsibility. States was posted from Staffordshire, but they expect me to shoulder the cost and return it to China for repair. I've had it confirmed from ebay that they are in the wrong, but from their reviews, I'm not the first. I've now contacted trading standards to report them as well as citizens advice. Ultimately, they send you round in circles in the expectation of customers giving up. I'm not giving up. I'm not rich and I don't appreciate anonymous sellers who lie and scam you. I purchased an xgody phone for an elderly neighbour last year. That phone didn't last more than 6 months, I put it down to misuse at the time,but now I think that's probably not true. I will never buy xgody again fr myself or anybody else and will advise others not to purchase xgody too. Absolute scam artists!!!!

Bought xgody V50 Smart Phone off eBay on the understanding it was as advertised with the following……
4gb Ram when in-fact it really had 1gb of Ram
3 cameras on rear and supposed to be 13MP when in fact was only 4MP on one camera whilst the others were simply dummies. Front camera advertised as 5MP when actual was 2MP
Advertised with 4500 mAh battery when in fact it only had 1000mAh battery. Was supposed to be android 10 but many of android 10 apps were missing and it didn’t have the latest android 10 update and stated updates were up to date and wouldn’t update. Sound quality was terrible and very tinny. A very slow unresponsive phone and picture quality poor and blurry when panning around. (I had the specs checked due to poor performance)
Have demanded my money back and will be reporting seller to Trading Standards. Be very careful when buying Chinese phones as they lie about the specs.

Stay well clear of these absolute scammers. I’ve never known a company to be as ignorant and stupidly thick As these cowboys I purchased 2 phones on eBay in may for my kids birthdays. Evri delivered them in an unsafe place and they was stolen so I had to go out on their birthday and buy 2 more phones, Now in all fairness evri have taken responsibility for the theft of the phones and have sent me an email stating xgody have to give me a refund, So I had to send that email to xgody but it’s actually impossible to get a refund off these cowboys. I’ve sent countless messages on eBay countless emails and they simply refuse to refund me and what’s most frustrations after sending paragraph after paragraph of messages on eBay I get a response “so sorry for that “ 😤😤 so please every one boycott this company because you won’t get your hard earned money back off these scammers

My husband purchased a XGoody Y13 phone for meas a replacement for my very old phone. I am five days in with it it works fine. The only issue I have is the battery it has to be charged three times a day even when it's just sitting on the table.

Bought a J401 dash cam from Xgody UK, via Ebay. It failed inside 6 months. When I contacted them, they said that Ebay's terms allow only 2 months for returns and suggested that I buy another unit at a discount (as if) or pay for postage to China for a repair (laughable).
Effectively, even from Xgody UK, there is NO actual PRODUCT warranty in the UK. BUYER BEWARE!

I am using xgody 718 navi with Bluetooth almost 8 month ago, i am very satisfied with the experience because i can listen to my favourite music via the Bluetooth, and it has a backup camera that is working by reverse, in the fb page they regularly update the maps so it has everything i need so far.

This is one if the great budget phone brand. This brand phones are so much worth for the price. Honestly much impressive...

This is amazing for the price, my daughter has downloaded a large number of games and still Room to down load more. The quality is picture and video is good and the battery life is good lasting several hours before recharging. Quick loading and downloading aswell highly recommend for younger kids. that it’s a great buy.

Bought a 9” Xgody satellite navigation system, used it 4 times with no issues then on the fifth time of use the screen went blank, you could still hear the voice commands (just about but never been loud) and when you touch the screen you hear the click. Email sent to their customer support and replied saying it must be an issue with inner screen, after many emails they wanted me to pay for the replacement part, wait 3-5 weeks to receive the part and fit it myself !! Told the unit is not under warranty even though it is only 8 months old.
You get what you pay for

probably the worst brick i’ve ever held. barely loads anything, slow as tortoise. waste of money really, i only needed it temporarily and thank god i did.
