Availability
You want it? We’ve got it. We have a huge warehouse that is 140,000sq/ft in size. That’s almost 2 and a half football pitches, stacked high, full of doors!
Delivery
Our delivery is as flexible as you need it to be. You can pick up your doors from your local builders merchant or you can have them delivered direct to your home or site. All you need to do is let your retailer know when you order your doors and they will pass the message on to us. Doors are generally delivered on a 3 day service but we can also deliver to you next day should you require. We will keep you loop of the delivery of your doors via our text messaging service.

Bought glass double doors through Wicks…
Bought glass double doors through Wicks to match a single glass door from same company. Was a little disappointed that it arrived damaged and looks like the router used wasn’t sharp so had to do work to tidy the door up prior to staining then hanging.
Delivery was good.

The whole process was excellent with the exception of the delivery. I had paid for the doors for my daughter and specified for them to be delivered to her but they were delivered to me. I m 80 years old and I had the hassle of getting them to her. That is my only gripe.

Excellent doors exactly as described. Good quality and solid. We will be buying more doors next year. Make sure you get dimensions accurate and have a good carpenter fit to them.

Disappointed in quality and finish
Disappointed in quality and finish . Palmero door ... outer layer is poor quality hardboard or some such and was coming away in spots . Primer Finish not great either..

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the quality of the door you have purchased. Our White Primed doors have a smooth MDF or veneer face and have been primed twice ready for sanding and adding the final coat on site.
If the door was recently purchased and has not been worked on we’d advise you to discuss your claim with your chosen retailer with a view to requesting a return for the door for replacement to be Quality Checked by our Technical Team prior to being sent out to you.
However, if the door has been worked on in any way we are unable to process a return. Your retailer can still raise a concern with our Customer Services Team and provide a few specific photographs in order for your claim to be investigated further, after which your retailer will be advised of the outcome of our investigation and next steps.

The worst delivery I've ever had
I purchased 2x XL Joinery Salerno Fully Finished Internal Oak Door on 25th September. I was given delivery date for Wednesday 2nd October. Day or two before, I had call from courier saying they can't deliver on 2nd and gave new date - Saturday 5th. Again, day before delivery I had call from currier saying there was problem with my order and changed date to Monday 7th. On the 7th I had no message about delivery slot. Decided to contact seller and ask. I was told that doors were delivered on Saturday 5th??? Interesting, I think I would notice 2 large doors delivered to my house. After additional checks I was told delivery was coming between 3 and 6pm the same day. Still no message with delivery slot or confirmation. When I was told by builders that door arrived I checked it and ... one door was missing - only 1 of 2 delivered. No delivery note or any other documentation left. How could builders know if delivery was complete or not? I suspect even delivery driver didn't know.
So disappointed. This was the first and last time I purchase XL Joinery door.

We have looked into this, and we believe the issue lies between the communication between yourself and the seller. We are not the seller of the doors, we are the supplier, and so we have had not had the communications with yourself that you are describing.
The first door order you are referring to was out of stock when it was ordered by your seller and it did not come into stock with us until 3rd October. Your seller would have been aware of this and so you should not have been advised that it would be delivered on 2nd October. It was dispatched to you as soon as it came into stock on 3rd October and it followed our standard 3-5 working day delivery lead time and KPI. This should also have been conveyed to you from your seller.
With regards to the missing door, the original order we received from your seller only had x1 door on it. We received the order for the additional (missing) door yesterday 8th October. As I am sure you can understand, we cannot send out doors when we do not have an order from your seller instructing us to do so.
I hope this explanation has brought some clarity to your experience with XL Joinery.
We hope after this you view us in a more positive light, and we are here if you have any questions about your order or our doors.

Nice door but hickups with delivery
I bought an internal FD30 door that looks very nice. It was dispatched quickly but due to issues on the delivery company's side, including insufficient communication, the door was delivered with one week delay. The packaging was damaged when the door finally arrived - luckily the door itself wasn't.

Just had an email to say leave a review as my doors have been delivered! Well it made me laugh. My doors have not been delivered despite promises to deliver. I’ve had conflicting information. I’ve always had to chase and contact and I’m still waiting so the service to date has been poor. Sorry!

Poor delivery guy !
The delivery guy wasn't too keen on bringing the door in where we wanted it, and I can't blame him as this door was over 40kg, should never have been delivering this on his own !!
