Two man delivered my new simba mattress and collected the old one without hesitation or complaints about it's shape. Only took two minutes and after signature left in no time. Really liked the fact that you get a call and a message an hour before delivery. Much better than the usual couriers like ups, yodel etc.

got a couple of text giving me the time frame - plus a call later confirming the time they were coming.
they looked to see where the mattress was going - then quickly brought it in and up.

Silver X delivered my Simba mattress and they did an excellent job - they carried the new mattress to my bedroom and explained how it should be opened and set up. Very pleased with their service.

Had my new simba bed delivered yesterday by two super guys who were friendly and polite and had no problem delivering it to the room of my choice. I had told them that there was not need to remove their shoes as there are hard floors throughout but they still left them at the front door each time they came back from the van for another box.

The delivery men were quick, efficient and helpful.
They were very careful taking my old mattress downstairs and even put the new one on the bed and took the box away with them.

Exceptional delivery!
First time of receiving an item with this company and everything was smooth and easy. Clear call of when my delivery was going to be, lovely service from the delivery guys and they were willing enough to carry my mattress out of the doorway.
Definitely would recommend as loved the fact I wasn’t waiting in all day and was given a rough 4 hour but then the call 60 mins before meant that I could nip to the shop and be home in time.

I had my Simba mattress delivered today and it was a stress-free efficient experience. I received my 4 hour window, was called when they were arriving within the hour and when they got here. A really stress-free experience fulfilled by two friendly drivers.

Dan and Steve have just delivered our Simba mattress and they couldn't have been more polite or helpful. Boots off at the door, very efficient in unpacking and took all the packaging away. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and were really chatty and amiable. Can't rate highly enough!

Delivery of Simba Mattress was within timeslot allocated. I received a call 10 mins before delivery letting me know they were close by, asking if it was okay to deliver there and then (they didn't realise how close to the address they were after their previous job). They said they could come back later if not appropriate, it was nice to be given the choice but luckily I was in! They were a friendly 2 man team, carried the heavy mattress and pillows to my 1st floor flat and took away the old one.

The guys who delivered my mattress were really friendly and helpful. Outstanding service

The driver had great difficulty getting to my rural property because of the snow and ice but he persevered and tried different routes until he made it, many drivers would have given up. This would have made him late for the rest of his deliveries but he was determined to get them all done before he finished for the day.

Awful experience. Given a time slot, no phone call. I called Silver X within the last hour of my time slot to be apologised to and told the driver should have called.

Driver called me 30 minutes after time slot, couldn't really understand me as their English wasn't great. Told me they would be 1 hour.

6:30 came I called the man back to be told they're 2 hours away.

8:30 came called back... 1 hour away

Delivery finally arrived at 21:40 having waited in all day. The guys left the boxes in my hallway which I asked as it was late. I went to move the mattress upstairs and the box gave way due to being wet on the bottom (driver had placed on snowy Road)

Both men didn't make much conversation due to their English not being great. Signed a few pieces of paper (only goods acceptance) and off they went.

The following morning I woke to check everything over only ro realise I had somebody else's mattress. Luckily it is the same size as I'd ordered. Also the duvet cover was not sealed and one side of the box opened.

Very poor service.

Excellent Delivery Firm

Delivered my Simba Matress Bundle on the time they promised and even went as far as rolling it out on the bedframe and removed all packaging.
