Poor quality

Poor quality. Got Mpow 059 folding bluetooth headphones. They lasted around a year and a half of light use. The left speaker no longer works. No reply from customer service. Not durable and overall, not worth the money. Buy higher quality instead.

Edit: Sent them an email after their reply and haven't heard back from them.

I’ve had my pair for over a year now

I’ve had my pair for over a year now. I was sick and tired of the jarring sound of Apples ear buds plus them falling out all the time!
These earbuds fit snugly into my ears. They pair easily and have a long battery life.
The sound is rich and I like the emphasis on the deep base.
They’re easy to use and feel better quality than more higher end earbuds
I’d highly recommend them 👍🏻

Mpow scam = bad quality and non existent customer service

I purchased wireless earbuds for running from Mpow via Amazon. I registered for the two year guarantee. After a few months (of taking very good care of them!) the right earbud stopped working completely and the other bud would randomly connect to my phone even when charging / stored away in its little case (where I always kept them, to ensure they didn't get lost or damaged). When I logged this claim with Mpow (emailed / claimed via their website / phoned) I realised there is no way to contact them and you get no response, so it is a scam. The emails never get answered, the phone number doesn't exist and the website "Claim" button doesn't work. I've subsequently read of many others having this problem with the right earbud, and problems with contacting Mpow. Luckily one review mentioned going via Amazon for a refund. Amazon have been amazing and promised a full refund upon return of the faulty product.

Bought a projecting alarm clock

Bought a projecting alarm clock, didnt realise i needed diploma in physics to work out how to use it. Total rubbish. I have thrown this in the bin so not a lot you can do after taken 4 months to reply.

Poor support, uncontactable company

Good product when they worked, but right earbud stopped working after 1 month. Promise of a warranty completely fictious. They take your email address and details but support is not contactable. The submit button on the warranty claim button doesn't work, their emails and phonelines are unanswered, as are Twitter and Facebook. They are still selling goods as judged by current halloween offers and discounts. Stay well clear and spend your money with a proper outfit.

UPDATE: FEB 2022 - After 4 months I received a reply to a Facebook message and given a different email address to contact. I received a prompt reply this time and was offered a full refund - which I have now received. Don't know what was happening to the company during the last 4 months - but I was not alone in my issues getting support. My problem is now resolved. For those seeking help use warrantyATxmpow.com

Really loved the fit of these BUT..

Original review - 28 Oct 2021: Really loved the fit of these BUT... and it's a big but, the right ear just stopped working all of a sudden today. Had it in my ear, it wasn't knocked against anything. Tried it in different devices also. I'm surprised by how many other people have reported similar issues in the same time period! I was searching for how to contact them as I was sure I had done the extended warrantee, but their site is not functioning. Appreciate seeing the review here from someone else who reported it to Amazon and was refunded. I purchased the headphones over a year ago (the extended warrantee should have lasted 24 months) and mentioned these details to Amazon through chat support, and that the Amazon product page had gone, and they also offered me a refund. So can be worth trying for those who have had similar problems with Mpow products.

16 Feb 22: Thanks for your reply, but you've offered no details as to how to contact you. I would be interested to know if your products are back on Amazon again, as they were very comfy headphones. I assumed you had been removed from Amazon for bad practice, e.g. soliciting reviews.

Typical Chinese rubbish. Do not buy.

Typical Chinese rubbish. After 9 months of very light indoor use the on/off switch is broken and rendered the headphones inoperable. All advertised company customer service contact details are fake.

Contacted Amazon and they refunded my money without a quibble. Discovered the company had previously been kicked off Amazon for faking reviews.

Absolute garbage products

Absolute garbage products. My x3 headphones lasted about 40 days before they stopped charging. I was registered on their website for the warranty, however, no one will reply to emails and no one is available by phone—impossible to get a replacement for the $70 I wasted buying their products. I have no idea what they get good reviews on YouTube, must be paying YouTube creators.

Product faulty, no support.

Earphones failed after 8 months. I had registered for extended guarantee, but they do not respond to emails and phone number disconnects. So product is rubbish and no customer service. Do not buy their products.

Avoid this Company. No support.

Bought a set of Mpow3X December 2020 from Amazon. They quit working on one side in April. I liked them but I had not signed up for the warranty so bought a second pair from Amazon in April of 2021. I should have learned my lesson the first time. My second pair, which I put under their warranty, failed October of 2021. After resetting several times, I gave up and contacted the warranty center. I have not hear back from them after two attempts. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not support their product. I bought both sets from Amazon. $120 later I have not ear buds.

Bought a headset from them on amazon. It broke after a year of light usage. Never been rough with it, always plugged. Now it only works on the left side. Pretty cheaply made and overpriced.

No Quality Control and no Support

No Quality Control and no Support stuck with faulty product.
Ordered through Amazon.
Product faulty - From day 1 - Sound and mic cutting out - MPOW Air Wireless Headphones.
Support wrote back twice wanted pictures of the user scene? avoidance! Then head nothing back from them UK phone support doesnt connect and hasnt for over a week, tried multiple follow up emails just looking for an update, unfortunatly the purchase timeframes dont allow for a chargeback. Stuck with faulty product dont go near the company no Quality control and no support... at all.

Does Not Stand Behind Their Products

The wireless earbuds I bought were great for the 9 months that they worked for. Then suddenly they stopped charging. After resetting, I got them to charge, but then the left earbud would not connect. After resetting again, I got the left to connect, but the right wouldn't connect after that. It just stays in pairing mode, while the left is connected to my device.

I registered for the 2 year warranty shortly after I purchased them, but when it came time to make a claim, all I got was dead silence from Mpow. Not even an acknowledgement that they received my claim and were working on the issue. It's been 3 weeks and 2 attempts to make a claim, and still nothing from Mpow. It seems that they do not honor their warranty and do not care about customer satisfaction. They will not be getting any more of my money. Please don't give them any of yours either.

Defective products, even worse customer service

Attempting to contact customer service for my wireless earbuds which were still well within warranty due to a defect led me to a closed email address, and a shut down call centre. Effectively, MPOW has cut off any methods for the customer to contact them regarding their products, despite offering warranty on them. To me, any company who does this deserves a 1-star review; or less.

My MPOW 059 headphones simply stopped charging. I wrote a direct message to MPOW on Twitter, using Twitter’s Direct Message. I enclosed a picture of the purchase label that was on the box I had ordered. No response and that was about 4 days ago! I feel they owe me either a replacement or a refund. So far they have not provided either and have not even tried to correct the situation. I just wanted to let everyone else know if this before they rip you off as well!

Dishonest and just cheap.

Got my pair of Mbits S and the left side stopped working in 4 months and then just a month after that my right pair stopped working...All i do is sleep with them is that too rigorous???? I asked for warranty and they said Shopee only has 3 month warranty even though their website states a year of warranty and they never declared only 3 month warranty in their shop listing, they even put a 2 year warranty card inside the box how nice! What absolute scammers and trash product. Never buying random companies tws again.

Worst crappy headphones I ever got.

The pair of mpow headphones I ordered were supposed to have 4 hour battery life, it has less then half of that. The case that holds them is supposed to change them up to four times, it only holds enough of a change for half of that as well. Whatever battery they say the headphones are good for, cut it in half.
If you try to contact customer support, that will tell you what you want to hear, but don’t expect a replacement. Even if they say they will send you a replacement. I’ve been waiting for their “replacement” headphones for close to a year.
Chinese company with Chinese crap.
These are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for. Any other brand is better.
