I've been using Xolo for almost a year
I've been using Xolo for almost a year, and in my opinion, that's the best gestoria for foreigners in Spain.
They don't use your certificate to submit all models, they use their own, submit using their name, and share responsibility for submitted information with you.
Their consultants speak English well and can help with any questions.
The service itself works perfectly - what you have to do is only submit invoices and expenses, other things are done automatically.
I endorse Xolo and my experience is absolutely positive.

Intuitive, Supportive, and Stress-free
The dashboard is so intuitive, the customer support is beyond supportive (and lightening fast!), and the price is more than fair. I was really stressed about becoming autonomo due to all the organization needed, with Xolo, rather than stressed I am actually excited to open the platform and check out my account. Honestly, haven't stopped gushing about it to all my friends and have recommended it to at least a dozen people so far!

Autonomo experience (Xolo)
I have been using XOLO for a long time as an Autonomo. I registered my Autonomo through XOLO and have been managing it with their service. Throughout my experience, I have been extremely satisfied with the service. Whenever I had questions related to tax matters, XOLO was quick to help me resolve them. Their support team is also very responsive and always provides the assistance I need. I definitely plan to continue using XOLO in the future and highly recommend it to all my friends.

Xolo an easy and affordable platform
Xolo is a great platform, I used it for about 1 year and a half, and it helps me with taxes and organizing invoices, and clients. When I have any doubt I get an answer in 24 hours or less, they make all the paperwork related to tax declarations and government requirements.
I recommend xolo, because it is also very affordable compared with other accounting services.

For over two years I’ve been a Xolo customer. As an independent worker, it gets difficult to be aware of everything, specially the administrative side of the job. So SO bad!
So SO bad!! A complete and utter rip off. Almost double the cost of my previous Spanish gestor, gave me completely the wrong advice about how to submit Amazon book royalties, then they try and trap me into their service! They are attempting to charge me MORE! Not only a sign up fee, then DOUBLE the charge for NOTHING, but then they want to charge more for ending their APPALLING service before 6 months is up! They don't even offer the ability to upload your own invoices, or use your own invoice numbers. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

In terms of the cost of our services, we strive to be transparent with our pricing and service conditions and have outlined the explanations of our fees on our public website. We have no means in place to trap any client into a contract, and you’re free to cancel the service according to the terms listed in the agreement. Please also consider that our tax specialists are well versed in the Spanish tax system in regards to what should be considered as income among your economic activity.
While we understand that flexibility with sales invoices is important, we also need to ensure that the sales invoices issued by our customers are compliant with Spanish tax laws and regulations to avoid any potential issues. For now, this is ensured by enabling customers to create sales invoices using the Xolo invoice generator.
