Easy peasy

Easy to use customization process, straight forward with a lot of great options. User friendly website and ordering process, and great tracking and transparency after ordering. This is my first gaming computer, and looking around I was overwhelmed until a friend recommended Xotic, who made the process super easy!

Great for Military Veteran Gamers

The process for getting approved for veteran's discount was very easy! There was a slight hiccup on the system reading my name incorrectly but a resubmission got me accepted. From there, the process for customizing the PC I want was seamless. I wish there was more variety especially with downgrades to GPUs and CPUs but I understand the limitations within the current volatility of the market (That's why I'm buying a custom build instead of risking it and building it myself lol.) Surprisingly, the price was very fair, and no shipping costs! Also, the lifetime warranty and protection put me at ease.

Absolutely amazing customer service

Good luck

This has been an extremely dissatisfying experience. I purchased a pre-built Meshify 3 Unlimited on Dec 3rd. Once I received the product, it was dead on arrival (Motherboard recognition issue with the GPU).

So I spoke with the support team for about 4-6 hours, explaining what I assumed the issue was. I even purchased another GPU from a local supplier to see if the GPU sent was the issue. None of the steps worked to resolve the issue, so the support team finally agreed to start the RMA process after wasting time.

After all of that, I was not dissatisfied, because I understood product issue can happen. Though the following customer service that I received was absolutely terrible.

So I repacked the product, following the return packaging guidelines provided to me (Which I just repacked exactly how I received it). Then drove to the UPS store to return, just to find out the return shipping label link they sent to me was invalid. So I reached back out to the support team for another link. They said sorry, we won't be able to send another link till tomorrow. At this point, I was getting dissatisfied with the process.

The following day Dec 9th, I returned to the UPS store with a new link and sent the pc back. I was notified Friday morning, Dec 12th, that they received the product. "Great," I thought they would review it, and I will have a new one sent the following Monday. Considering it is a pre-built product and not a custom unit. It's literally marketed as a ready-to-go, tested pc lol.
I waited till the following Tuesday (Dec 16) and was not given an update. So I reached out regarding the status, and was told that it would be shipped out by the end of the week (Dec 18-19).

It is now Dec 22, Monday afternoon, and I haven't received any update on a $3500 pre-built pc that was originally ordered on Dec 3rd. I recently contacted the support for a full refund instead. I'm sure that process will be extremely smooth.

Your system did unfortunately arrive dead on arrival (DOA) due to a motherboard-to-GPU detection issue. While this is rare, we recognize how frustrating it is—especially on a high-value, ready-to-ship system. Our support team spent time troubleshooting with you to fully confirm the failure before initiating the RMA, which is done to avoid unnecessary returns and delays.

Once the system was received back at our facility, it entered our repair process. Even for prebuilt systems, we do not re-ship a unit without full inspection and stress testing to ensure the replacement is completely stable and does not repeat the issue. Our goal is to send back a fully verified, problem-free PC, not to rush a system out the door.

To resolve this as quickly as possible, we are shipping a replacement system with free expedited shipping at no cost to you. Tracking will be provided as soon as the system ships.

We understand the frustration caused by the timing and communication gaps, especially during the holiday season, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We appreciate the opportunity to make this right and thank you for your patience while we work to complete the replacement properly.
