Xtra Lite motion sensor, brilliant!
The motion sensor nightlight I ordered came really quickly and was well packaged. The plug in night light is brilliant, works just as I had hoped, I am disabled so this has enabled me to get about safely during the night without having to fumble for the wall light switches. I would definitely recommend and will be buying several more.

NEVER buy from a trade stand
NEVER buy from a trade stand! Light stopped working and as I could not return to a Christmas trade stand then the manufactures are not interested. Customer service just keeps Insisting nothing they can do and need to return to place of purchase! Light is even buzzing when turned on so dangerous. As the manufacturer of this product disgusting no after sales care! Would not recommend!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry you have had a negative experience, however the product you have purchased was from a Christmas market stall, so not from ourselves and not from an official reseller of our product.
The images you provided show old blister packaging that we have not used for several years, therefore we can only surmise the item was purchased second-hand from a market trader.
This review has no reflection on any order placed from Xtralite or Xtralite products. We want to clarify that all our customers receive a 12-month warranty, provided they have proof of purchase. Unfortunately, you were unable to supply the necessary proof, which is required for a warranty replacement, if you had been able to supply us with proof of purchase then we could have helped you further.
